Production
Our production professionals play an essential role in delivering the quality, hygiene and reliability our customers depend on. Whether you work in one of our laundries or Production on Demand (Prodem) units, your work helps ensure that our customers have the textiles they need to work safely, comfortably and confidently.
In our laundries, this can mean sorting, washing, inspecting and packaging textiles so that they are clean, safe and ready for use. In our Prodem units, we produce high-quality garments based on customer demand. From sewing to making alterations and checking their quality, every task requires care, skill and attention to detail.
Your work also has a meaningful impact on sustainability. By caring for, repairing and extending the life of textiles, you help reduce waste, preserve resources and support a circular economy. The choices you make and the quality you deliver contribute to a cleaner and more responsible future.

Students and graduates

We offer a variety of roles from seasonal work in our service centers to trainee programs. Our head office in Helsinki hosts the Grow & Shine summer trainee program, designed for soon-to-be graduates in fields like finance, marketing, business and service development, sustainability, and IT. These trainee roles give you hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to work on real projects that make a difference.
