Your Lindström journey starts before day one

As soon as you sign your contract, we begin preparing for your arrival. You’ll receive a welcome message with everything you need to feel informed and supported – because at Lindström, we take care of you. Our goal is to make your transition smooth and help you feel truly connected to our culture, values, and ambitious goals from the very start.

Your first days at Lindström

From the moment you walk in, you’re part of the team.

On your first day, you’ll receive your work essentials, a small welcome gift, and – most importantly – a warm hello from your new colleagues. From your first day, you won’t be navigating alone. You’ll meet your Manager and your Buddy, who will guide you through your first steps. Your Manager will prepare a tailored induction plan and your assigned Buddy will be there to show you around and help you feel at home – both in the workspace and the culture. It’s more than just support – it’s your first connection to the Lindström spirit. With a Buddy by your side, you’ll feel confident and cared for.

Continuing your journey

In the first weeks, you will set goals with your Manager to align your objectives with Lindström’s mission and ensure you are on the right path to success. Later on, you’ll have regular meetings with your Manager to discuss your experience, progress, and feedback. These sessions support your growth and ensure you have everything you need to succeed at Lindström.
