Workwear Flex
Shared garments with full visibility and control
When your workforce changes, your workwear needs to keep up. Workwear Flex helps keep clean garments available, gives you clear visibility into usage and makes shared workwear easier to manage.

Workwear Flex reduces the stress of workwear management
Managing shared workwear can quickly become time-consuming. You need enough clean garments in the right sizes without keeping unnecessary stock. You also need to know what is being used, what has been returned and who is using the garments.
When your workforce changes frequently, manual checks and guesswork make this even harder.
Workwear Flex gives you better visibility into garment circulation, helping you plan quantities, reduce manual work and adapt when your needs change.
This is how it works
Workwear Flex tracks garments as they are taken into use and returned at your premises. This gives you a clear view of how shared garments are used and by whom.

Workwear Flex in practice
Riga International Airport and Linnanmäki Amusement Park both use Workwear Flex. Read more about their experiences below.

We have gone from 30 people to more than 200 of our ground handling staff using the Workwear Flex service, and that goes on to show the flexibility of the service. We can depend on Lindström to provide an adequate amount of workwear per our growing needs.
Mārtiņš Mikstans, Deputy Director for Business Development in Ground Handling at Riga International Airport
The biggest benefit is how easy it is and the fact that clean garments in the right size are always available. When something gets dirty, you can quickly replace it with a clean garment.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions
What is Workwear Flex?
Workwear Flex is an add-on to our workwear service for companies that want to use shared garments. It gives you better visibility into how garments are used and helps you keep the right amount of workwear available as your workforce changes.
Employees register clean garments when they take them into use, while returned garments are scanned automatically. This gives you usage data that can be viewed in eLindström.
How does garment tracking work?
Employees register garments at the check-out station using their keycard. Returned garments are scanned automatically. The collected data gives you visibility into overall garment usage and is available in eLindström.
Can we set limits on how many garments an employee uses?
Yes. You can set limits for the total number of garments, individual garment types or different employee roles. Limits can either warn the user or prevent additional garments from being registered.
What happens when our workforce changes?
Because garments are shared, you don’t need a dedicated set for every employee. Usage data also helps you adjust garment quantities and sizes as your needs change.
What do we need to get started?
We plan the Flex room with you, test the keycards, prepare the space and install the required equipment. We then help you get the service ready for use.
