Growth Forum awards recognised excellence across Lindström

At Lindström, Growth Forum is an important annual moment to come together, learn, and celebrate the achievements of our teams across the business. Lindström leaders from all regions and countries, including the competence centers, gathered for Growth Forum 2026 in Helsinki, our yearly event dedicated to inspiration, learning, and growth .

This year’s forum focused on leadership, learning, people development, sales, new ways of working, and a growth mindset. Across the two days, the discussions once again highlighted that sustainable growth is built through people, strong leadership, and practical action.

A traditional and valued part of Growth Forum is recognising the teams and countries whose commitment and results have stood out during the year by having Growth Forum Awards.

Recognising strong performance across Lindström

At Growth Forum 2026, several countries  were recognised for their strong performance and contribution:

• The Customer Dedication award was presented by SVP Kadrian Jaagund-Ratasepp to China, with Dennis Chan, Managing Director of Lindström China representing the team.
• The Service Transparency award was presented by SVP Tiina Tapionlinna to Bulgaria, received by Ventzislav Boyadjiev, Managing Director of Lindström Bulgaria.
• The Sustainability Champion award was presented by SVP Kati Pallasaho and Michaela Martin to Ukraine, with Inna Novikova, Managing Director of Lindström Ukraine accepting the award.

The Country of the Year 2025 awards were presented by Lindström’s CEO Juha Laurio. This year’s recognitions went to:

• Lindström Türkiye
• Lindström South Korea  
• Lindström Bulgaria  

In addition, Team Asia was recognised for the best evening party outfits.

Building growth through people and leadership

What made this year’s Growth Forum especially notable was the strong internal expertise featured throughout the programme. The hosts — Jessica, Brian, Martina and Jayant — all came from within Lindström, and the event speakers largely represented the company’s own leadership and business expertise, alongside guest speaker Antoni Lacinai. Among the speakers were also Max Rautiainen from the owner family and Lindström’s Board, and Hanna Kivelä, Deputy Chair of the Board.

Growth Forum 2026 showcased how Lindström combines leadership, learning, and performance development across its international business. The event also highlighted the achievements of teams  whose work supports the company’s long-term growth and customer-focused development.
