Lindström continues to support Rester’s growth
Rester, a provider of textile recycling solutions, has secured EUR 4,9 million in growth funding to further scale up and internationalise. Lindström, along with existing investors like Tesi, participated in the round. New investors also joined.
Lindström’s mission is to advance sustainable textile services, in which the long-term partnership with Rester helps advance industrial-scale textile recycling. Lindström’s and Rester’s co-operation to process Lindström’s Finnish and Baltic waste textiles for industrial reuse began in early 2021. Lindström has participated in the funding round of Rester also in March 2022 and is currently the company’s second-largest shareholder.
Founded in 2019, Rester has become a global leader in building textile recovery value chains, with its recycled fiber used in industries such as textiles, construction, and acoustics.
