A fair and safe workplace

Supporting every employee to feel safe and valued
Driven by our ‘We Care’ culture, we build a strong foundation for a supportive, respectful, and inclusive workplace. We are committed to upholding the fundamental human rights of all our employees. That means zero tolerance for child labour, forced labour, or any form of coercion. We fully support the right to free association and do not favour or discriminate against members of employee organisations or trade unions. Fair working conditions are about more than just policies — they are about people. This includes fair pay, proper compensation for overtime, time off to rest and recharge, and access to annual leave and occupational healthcare. A fair workplace is one where everyone feels safe, respected, and free to be themselves.
Creating space for every voice
We believe that diversity brings a wealth of perspectives that fuel innovation and growth. Our diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives aim to ensure that every employee – regardless of their background – has the opportunity to succeed. We value diversity in all its forms, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, and nationality. Ensuring fair and inclusive recruitment, equitable retention, and diverse leadership is central to our approach. Through our DEI Policy and global DEI Strategy, we have laid out the principles guiding our efforts across the organisation. In 2024, we introduced the DEI Index in our Voice of Employees survey, with a target to reach a score of 90 by 2030.

Building a culture of safety
Health and safety are at the heart of our organisational culture. Our operations are guided by the globally certified ISO 45001 health and safety management system, which covers all our sites. We actively involve employees in improving workplace safety. Health and safety committees include employee representatives, while each unit manager is responsible for promoting safe practices. All employees receive statutory healthcare services. We further strengthen our safety culture through regular audits, safety walks, risk assessments, accident investigations, and monthly follow-ups.
