Comforta acquires the rental textile business of Vistan Pesula Oy in Paimio, Finland

Comforta Oy, part of the Lindström Group, has acquired the rental textile business of Vistan Pesula Oy, based in Paimio. At the same time, SOL Pesulapalvelut Oy will acquire the entire share capital of Vistan Pesula Oy. The agreements were signed on 10 November 2025 and transaction will be completed by 1 April 2026.

Vistan Pesula serves customers particularly in the hotel and restaurant sector as well as in the public sector in Western and Southern Finland. Through the transaction, approximately 15 customer accounts and the personnel related to servicing those accounts will transfer to Comforta. Vistan Pesula Oy’s turnover in 2024 was approximately EUR 2.6 million, and the company employed 19 people.

The acquisition supports Comforta’s strategy of growing both organically and through carefully selected acquisitions, and it strengthens the company’s position in Southwest Finland, especially in hotel and restaurant textile services.

Comforta Oy is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lindström Group. The company focuses on providing textile services for hotels, restaurants, and the healthcare sector. It employs over 500 people in total.
