New changes in Lindström Group Board of Directors

The Lindström Group Annual General Meeting was held on the 17 March 2023 and brought about changes in the Board of Directors.

Gavin Adda, a British citizen, was chosen as a new member of the Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts on Archaeology and Anthropology, as well as a Master of Arts on Physical and Biological Anthropology from the University of Cambridge, and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. Adda has extensive expertise from managing positions in companies operating in some way developing sustainable energy solutions, from listed companies to startups, both in Europe and in Asia. He is currently working as a CEO of Utility Scale Renewables (Asia), TotalEnergies Renewables, in Singapore, where he also resides. Adda’s expertise will strengthen the Board’s understanding of sales and the Asian market.

In addition, Anne Korkiakoski resigned from the Board of Directors after nine years.

By the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting, Lindström’s Board of Directors now consists of Harri-Pekka Kaukonen as the Chairman, Hanna Kivelä as the Vice Chairman, Gavin Adda, Eddy Chan, Petteri Kousa, Max Rautiainen, and Eva Nedelkova.
