Transparent workwear service for organisations that demand control
Defence and high-security production areas
Support production continuity, compliance and day-to-day control with a managed textile service for demanding manufacturing and maintenance environments.

Why companies in defence industry trust Lindström?
Being a family owned company, responsibility, trust, and continuity are at the core of every decision we make.
Whether you operate one production site or several, you get one reliable partner with a consistent service model and local support. Our certified operations together with standardised, auditable processes help you maintain control and reduce operational risk.
Backed by a long operational track record and continuous development, we manage the textile lifecycle from garment procurement through laundering and repair to replacement and recycling. This reduces the workwear administration handled by your own teams, freeing more time for value-adding production.

FAQ – frequently asked questions
Can Lindström support multi-site operations?
Yes. We can establish a consistent service framework across multiple sites while maintaining local service delivery and account support. Garment requirements, service setup, delivery routines and reporting can be adapted to the needs of each site.
How do you support audit readiness and garment traceability?
Our managed service combines professional garment maintenance, structured lifecycle management and improved visibility into garment circulation and inventory.
Depending on the service and market, we can support you with:
- Garment information and reporting through the eLindström platform
- Visibility into garment circulation and inventory
- Relevant service-process and certification information
- Hygienically clean textiles with EN 14065 certification, where applicable
- Support in selecting suitable workwear and PPE for different roles
- Additional support from service add-ons like Workwear Flex, Optimal and Alarm and their reporting via eLindström
Can the service be adapted to different work roles?
Yes. Garments and service elements are selected according to work tasks, workplace risks, site requirements, hygiene needs and practical operating conditions.
This can include roles in manufacturing and assembly, machining, welding, electronics, maintenance and MRO, technical support and R&D.
Cleanroom or specialist contamination-control requirements should be assessed separately to confirm the appropriate garments, laundering process and local service capability.
How do you help reduce internal workload?
We manage the workwear lifecycle for you: from garment procurement and manufacturing to fitting where needed, delivery and collection, laundering, repairs, replacements and end-of-life recycling. Distribution can also be arranged through personal Lindström lockers.
eLindström provides 24/7 access to reports and dashboards, giving you better visibility into garment use and service performance while supporting day-to-day control and audit readiness. You’ll also be supported by Account Management close to you as well as local customer service.
What additional services and workwear management solutions are available?
Depending on the market and site requirements, Lindström can complement the core workwear service with solutions such as Workwear Flex, Workwear Optimal and Workwear Alarm to support garment availability, visibility and control.
Additional textile services such as mats, industrial wipers and washroom services may also be available depending on the market.
What does implementation involve?
We begin by reviewing your production environment, work roles, garment requirements, wearer numbers, service expectations and delivery arrangements.
Based on this assessment, we agree on:
• suitable garments and service elements
• sizing and wearer allocation, including fittings where needed
• garment availability and circulation requirements
• collection, delivery and distribution arrangements
• reporting and garment-management needs
• implementation responsibilities and schedule
Lindström coordinates the implementation process with your team to make the transition as smooth and efficient as possible. Once the service is running, it can be reviewed and adjusted as workforce numbers, roles or production requirements change.
