Turning old textiles into new resources in Ukraine

Every day, thousands of people wear workwear to stay safe, protected, and comfortable. But when these garments reach the end of their life, the question remains: what happens next?

As a responsible workwear rental service, we make sure textiles are handled properly at every stage of their lifecycle. When garments wear out, we recycle them whenever possible. One example of this work is our cooperation in Ukraine with Re:inventex, a licensed textile recycling company.

A local partnership that supports global circularity

Our collaboration with Re:inventex began in 2025. Today, in Ukraine, we send more than 4,000 kilograms of used textiles for recycling every month. By 2026, our local goal is to recycle up to 80 percent of discarded garments.

By doing this, we help keep valuable materials in use and support the development of a more sustainable textile economy in Ukraine. Re:inventex handles textile waste according to European standards and provides full documentation for each stage of the process. This makes recycling legal, controlled, and fully transparent.

Their technology allows textiles to be sorted, processed, and turned into raw material for new items — such as simple everyday products like tote bags.

A positive start
