WinterPro: Cold-weather workwear
We help your teams stay warm, comfortable and protected in demanding cold environments, while taking care of workwear maintenance, repairs and lifecycle management.

Cold work is not one simple condition
Cold work can mean freezer rooms, chilled production areas, loading docks, outdoor winter work, warehouse movement or short transitions between indoor and outdoor temperatures. Some employees stand still for long periods. Others lift, bend, drive, carry or move between changing conditions.
That is why cold-weather workwear needs to do more than feel warm. It must support movement, reduce discomfort, handle daily wear and help employees work safely throughout the shift.
Renting workwear makes it easy
Our WinterPro and ColdPro collections are provided through a workwear rental service. This means your company does not need to purchase, wash, repair and replace cold-weather workwear alone. Lindström supports the full workwear lifecycle, from garment selection and maintenance to repairs, replacements and ongoing service.

Less work for your team
We help reduce the internal workload of managing winter workwear.

Reliable workwear for changing needs
A rental model supports seasonal demand, changing teams and demanding operating environments.

Durability designed with the user in mind
The collection is designed with reinforced high-wear areas and easier repairability to support longer garment life.

The right protection level
Choose WinterPro for general cold-environment workwear or ColdPro when certified cold protection is required.
Modern and durable winter workwear

Who is it for?
Cold-weather workwear for food, logistics, warehousing, retail and outdoor work. For instance, cold storage and freezer areas, warehouses and logistics hubs, loading docks and transport yards, wholesale and retail delivery work, outdoor winter work, and agiculture, forestry, machinery and industrial environments.

WinterPro
Modern, durable winter workwear for general cold-environment use, without cold-protection certification.

ColdPro
Certified cold-protection PPE for customers who need tested protection for safety requirements, risk assessments or tender specifications. ColdPro complies with EN 342 standard for work at or below minus 5 degrees Celsius.
Shaped by wearer feedback
As part of Lindström’s usual workwear development process, the team visited customers to see how the garments were used in real work. One practical observation was pocket durability: pockets were used for tools and daily items and could start to tear under heavy use. This led to reinforced pocket construction — an example of how wearer feedback shaped the design before the collection was finalised.
Cold protection works as a system
Cold-protection workwear works best when used correctly. Activity level, exposure time, layering, hood, gloves, boots, headwear and warming breaks all matter. In demanding cold conditions, the garment is one important part of a wider protection system.
