Changes in Lindström Group Board of Directors
The Lindström Group Annual General Meeting was held on 13 March and brought changes in the Board of Directors.
Caroline Roche was chosen as a new member of the Board of Directors. She has broad international experience in commercial growth, marketing, digital transformation and business leadership. Caroline currently serves as CMO/CIO at SEVETYS. Previously, she was Chief Growth Officer at OMNES Education and held several senior executive roles at Elis, including CMO/CDO and Executive Committee Member, as well as Global CEO of Le Jacquard Français and Kennedy. Her expertise will strengthen the Board’s perspective on growth, customer development and digital transformation.
Velina Allerkamp was chosen as a new member of the Board of Directors. She has broad international experience in strategy, business leadership and industrial growth. Velina currently serves as Co-CEO and Managing Director at SCHAUENBURG International. Previously, she was Chief Executive Officer at CWS Hygiene GmbH, and before that Head of Strategy and Investment Partner at Haniel. Her expertise will strengthen the Board’s perspective on strategy, leadership and international business development.
By the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting, Lindström’s Board of Directors now consists of Harri -Pekka Kaukonen as the Chairman, Hanna Kivelä as the Vice Chairman, Max Rautiainen, Eddy Chan, Petteri Kousa, Caroline Roche and Velina Allerkamp.
