Lindström was awarded a distinction as one of the greenest companies in Bulgaria

Our ESG programme was recognised in Bulgaria and we were given an award in the B2B Media competition among the greenest companies in Bulgaria. For the 13th year in a row, B2B Media has evaluated and ranked small and large companies on their environmental performance.

More than 900 companies took part in the competition this year, showing their progress in environmental performance and describing how they develop their businesses in a sustainable fashion. Ventzislav Boyadjiev, Managing Director of Lindström Bulgaria, shares that they decided to participate in the competition because the entire team deserves recognition:

“I want to thank our team for the small steps they take every day towards a more sustainable future. We constantly invest in sustainable policies, activities and initiatives and strive to minimise our negative impact on the environment”.

By providing textiles for rent, it is in our business interest to keep the textiles in use for a long time, take care of them and wash them with the optimal use of resources. Our global goals are to recycle 100% of our textile waste by 2025, cut our emissions in half by 2030 and reach net-zero emissions by 2050. It is also a part of our purpose to inspire other companies to grow in a sustainable way.

“This award shows that we succeeded in achieving our goals and contribute to more sustainable practices.
