Celebrates recognition at the IOSH Awards 2026
Recognising the people behind our progress
Lindström UK was proud to be among the finalists for the Positive Workplace Award at the IOSH Awards 2026, recognising the progress made in building a safer, more supportive and people-focused workplace.
Following our nomination earlier this year, Darren Dalton, Sarah Conning, Shaina Hill, Pav Panesar and Courtney Juggins attended the IOSH Awards ceremony on behalf of Lindström UK, joining organisations from across the UK to celebrate achievements in health, safety and workplace wellbeing.
While the Positive Workplace Award was ultimately presented to Serco, being shortlisted was an important recognition of the progress being made across Lindström UK.
Continuing to build a positive workplace
Our submission highlighted the development of our We Care culture and a shift towards making health, safety and wellbeing a more visible and practical part of everyday working life.
This has included a 28% increase in near-miss reporting, a 79% increase in DSE assessments, a 66% increase in completed training and zero nonconformities in our 2026 DNV audit.
More importantly, these improvements reflect greater involvement from colleagues across the business. From leadership safety walks and more practical toolbox talks to creating an environment where people feel comfortable speaking up, the focus is on making safety something everyone can contribute to.
Being recognised alongside organisations from across the UK gives us another reason to keep building on that progress.
