Lindström UK’s continued commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.
Lindström UK is a proud holder of the Silver Award under the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), a recognition we have maintained for several years as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.
The Employer Recognition Scheme recognises organisations that demonstrate their support for veterans, reservists, cadet force volunteers, service leavers and military families.
As an existing Silver Award holder, we are currently working through the process of retaining our accreditation, reaffirming our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant and to creating a supportive working environment for those who serve or have served.
Recognising the value of military experience
At Lindström, we recognise the experience and skills that people from the Armed Forces community bring to the workplace.
Leadership, teamwork, resilience and the ability to adapt to challenging situations are just some of the qualities developed through military service and volunteering. These skills are equally valuable in civilian careers, helping to strengthen teams and support day-to-day operations.
They also reflect our We Care culture, where respect, responsibility and supporting one another are part of how we work.
We understand that some colleagues balance their careers with ongoing commitments to the Reserve Forces or Cadet organisations. As an Armed Forces-friendly employer, we recognise the importance of supporting these commitments while providing opportunities for people to develop their careers.
