An exciting and excellent opportunity has arisen to join Lindström and the UK Management Team as a Country Business Controller.

If so, then we are looking for a Country Business Controller within the UK, Bedfordshire.

This role will provide flexibility to work from the office in Bedford 3 days a week and work from home 2 days per week.

By utilising your experience of Finance and Accountancy along with good communication skills you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.

The Role – Country Business Controller

Business Controlling will monitor and drive country/region financial performance, taking responsibility, adding strategic commentary and reporting the actual results.

The role of Country Business Controller will assess performance against business strategy and make actionable data-driven recommendations on both strategy and operations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

This will be achieved through presenting critical and insightful financial and operational information and develop forward looking analysis, working with different stakeholders to investigate and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings and business growth.

Key tasks will include Strategy and Business Planning, Analysis, Commercial Support and Overseeing Budget and forecasting. Working closely with the Accounting Team and External Tax partners and Auditors.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, (Excell, Word, PowerPoint etc) and have the ability to use various computer-based systems. Strong analytical skills, a willingness to travel, be a team player, highly motivated, flexible.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting, Strong Finance knowledge and a Depth and Breadth of Finance Knowledge
