LOCATION – BEDFORD Office Based

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Tele Appointer to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective customers via telephone and email to assist our sales teams in meeting their monthly appointment goals. To achieve monthly and annual targets through gaining qualified sales appointments leading to closing of sales by our team of 8 UK-wide sales consultants.

Build a strong and positive marketplace opinion of Lindstrom as a premium service provider through confident and assured telephone activity whilst maximising the quality values associated with our brand.

Reporting into the UK High Value Sales Manager, we have an excellent and genuine opportunity for anyone who wants to develop their career in Sales or Marketing.

KEY ACTIVITY AREAS

• Introduce, promote Lindstrom products to prospective customers and build a quality pipeline for each salesperson.

• Build relationships with prospective customers

• Schedule appointments between prospective clients and a Sales Representative

• Follow up designated marketing campaigns and exhibitions

• Provide in-house Sales Support

• Follow up sales leads in a timely manner to make appointments

• Gather company information and contract end dates

• Keep detailed call logs

• Input data into CRM system to build pipelines of the sales team

• Comply with company code of conduct and instructions as required.

• Effectively communicate the range of services that Lindstrom can offer, showing a clear understanding of processes and

features ensuring a ‘solution sell’ during the subsequent appointment.

• Ensure prompt processing of all administrative needs engaging with in-house Sales Support and Customer Service Teams to build high quality internal working relationships

• Attend sales meetings and conferences when required

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Achieve/exceed monthly activity target

• Achieve agreed number of monthly customer appointments made

• Achieve monthly sales target

• Maintain calendars to schedules provided

• Quality and innovative contribution to Sales Meetings

• Conduct all activities in a professional and timely manner

SKILL SET/CAPABILITY

• Demonstrate excellence in all forms of communication

• Proven track record of Telesales/Telemarketing/Tele appointing is preferred

• Must be able to work in an office team environment in Bedford

  Must be a competent user of MS office (Excel, Word) and email.

• Can demonstrate a very high level of self-organisation and effective time management.

• Have an empathetic and understanding customer approach.

• Persuasive and results-oriented
