Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results driven new business Area Sales Manager to join our team who excels in a fast-paced environment. Reporting into the National Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service selling. The role requires a proactive approach to identify and secure new opportunities. Strong closing skills to play a fundamental role in achieving our sales target and profitable revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market through research, networking, and outreach strategies. Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate services to meet those needs.

Lead Generation: Develop creative strategies for lead generation in selected focus sectors and conversion into sales.

Customer engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, present our service offerings, and demonstrate how our solutions can add value to their business and create a vision.

Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations to a range of prospective customers. Demonstrating value and creating a vision that give the customer the best solutions.

Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and close contracts to meet or exceed your sales targets.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed KPI’s and sales targets consistently.

Market Research: Stay updated on focus industry trends, market conditions and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Proven experience and track record in B2B service sales, experience within the Textile Service industry is preferred but not essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Strong understanding of customer needs and a customer centric approach to sales.

Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
