Lindström simplifying workwear management for ACG Associated Capsules

ACG Associated Capsules is part of ACG, a group founded in Mumbai in 1961. ACG supplies pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers with capsules, manufacturing equipment, protective packaging materials and traceability solutions, supporting several stages of solid dosage manufacturing.

ACG’s capsule range includes empty hard-shell gelatin capsules and vegetarian capsules made from cellulose-based HPMC. The portfolio serves different formulation needs, with variants for powder and liquid filling, as well as options for colours and printing to help customers identify their products.

ACG Associated Capsules managed its laundry internally before working with Lindström. In the testimonial, Parimal Parag, Plant Head – HR & Admin, describes the difficulty of maintaining consistent hygiene and compliance through that arrangement.

In the video published in October 2025, Parag reflects on seven years with Lindström. He highlights garment traceability and documentation for audits. Lindström’s workwear rental service combines garment supply, laundering, maintenance and delivery in a managed process.

Parag describes the service as convenient and cost-effective, with benefits from recycling and lower resource use. Lindström’s wider rental model supports repeated garment use through maintenance and repairs, and includes textile recycling.

This partnership has taken away the burden of garment management.

For ACG Associated Capsules, the value described in the testimonial is a lighter workload for the team managing workwear. By transferring garment care to Lindström, the company can focus more of its attention on its core activity of capsule manufacturing.
