Our integrated Management System has included the principles of quality, environmental and hygiene management for decades. In 2016, we announced that as an industry forerunner, we are the first textile service company to fulfill the requirements of the renewed ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. Now we are happy to announce that the certifications of our Management System also cover ISO 45001:2018 Occupational health and safety management.

As an accredited ISO 9001:2015 company, we have proven that we consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. This certification requires a strong customer focus from us and continuous development of processes to ensure an excellent customer experience.

The ISO 14001:2015 standard is an integral part of how we contribute to the environmental pillar of sustainability. This certification requires us to manage our environmental responsibilities systematically: enhance environmental performance, fulfill compliance obligations, and achieve environmental objectives. With long traditions of environmental management and a business model based on a circular economy, we are setting ambitious targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and reaching carbon neutrality in our operations.

Caring for people can be seen in our continuous improvement of occupational health & safety practices. We collect safety observations with a mobile application, analyse the hazards and risks at our work premises, report all accidents, and ensure employee participation with health and safety committee practices. These procedures include our ISO 45001:2018-certified management system.

The EN 14065:2016 standard, Risk Analysis and Biocontamination Control (RABC), enables laundries to ensure the continuous microbiological quality of laundry-processed textiles. Microbiological cleanliness of textiles is a critical enabler for our customers in the healthcare, hotel and restaurant, food and medical industries for ensuring regulatory compliance.
