We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead our account management team in Hungary.

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for

  • Leading, motivating and growing a team of 7 account representatives
  • To sustatin and improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Personal responsibility of our biggest customers
  • Ensuring the implementation of account management strategy
  • Driving sales and profitability improvement opportunities at existing customers
  • Prepare and deliver customer-centric solutions,
  • Ensure correct and up to date data in our CRM system
  • Participation in annual budgeting process
  • Follow-up and analysis of the results,
  • Training and coaching of team members 

We are looking for someone with:

  • college or university-level education
  • experience in sales and/or account management at least 3 years
  • minimum 3 years people management experience
  • good co-operating skills
  • result-oriented personality
  • excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • negotiation level english language knowledge
