We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead our account management team in Hungary.
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for
- Leading, motivating and growing a team of 7 account representatives
- To sustatin and improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Personal responsibility of our biggest customers
- Ensuring the implementation of account management strategy
- Driving sales and profitability improvement opportunities at existing customers
- Prepare and deliver customer-centric solutions,
- Ensure correct and up to date data in our CRM system
- Participation in annual budgeting process
- Follow-up and analysis of the results,
- Training and coaching of team members
We are looking for someone with:
- college or university-level education
- experience in sales and/or account management at least 3 years
- minimum 3 years people management experience
- good co-operating skills
- result-oriented personality
- excellent negotiation and networking skills
- negotiation level english language knowledge
