Tell us more about your partnership with Lindström and why, in your opinion, it is successful?
We have been working with Lindström for over 10 years, although Mundus Services as a legal entity has existed for 5 years. Our company was formed by the acquisition of 4 leading companies in their field, 2 of which with a strong focus on Professional Cleaning. As a market leader in the field of facility management, Mundus chose to work with the most established company for providing mat rental services .
Does your business need such a service and why?
Our business has a serious need for this type of service for several reasons:
The first is purely image-related – every self-respecting client of ours wants to have a welcoming and representative entrance to their building . This is the first impression of anyone who, for one reason or another, enters a building. It is important that the doormat is fresh and clean, which creates a pleasant feeling.
The second reason is particularly important to us. In the Cleaning department, it is very important for us to have a physical presence of this type of doormat, because this reduces pollution in the interior of the building and makes the work of our employees easier. In this way, our two services – that of Mundus Services AD and that of Lindström achieve synergy, which is reflected in better cleanliness and comfort for the end customer.
What advantages does Lindström’s service give you?
Lindström’s service gives us an advantage by saving us labor. The mat captures most of the dirt that can enter a building. In addition, cleaning the building becomes easier – Lindström’s rental mats also save us from cleaning them, which would otherwise be additional labor and expense for us. What advice would you give to people who are not yet using Lindström’s services?
I would advise everyone who does not use doormats to do an experiment for 1 month, and the result itself will convince them of the need for such a service. Using such a service does not require any effort on the part of the client.
