  • Additional sales, offers and contracts for new services for defined Lindstrom Way customer segments
  • Contract renewals and updates
  • Customer feedback handling
  • Termination prevention
  • Follow-up customer profitability counting results and needed actions
  • Support internal cross-function tasks
  • Price Increase Initiatives with existing Customers
  • Responsible for Customer delight

Basic Qualification:

  • Formal education- Preferably Post Graduate
  • Proven track record of high achievement in Account Management
  • Solid Account Management
  • Signs of commitment and growth in experience
  • Knows customer profitability principles
