We’ve been recognized with two HR awards in India

We are happy to share that we’ve been awarded by one of the leading consulting firms in India for a HR Value Creator Award in the category of Diversity and inclusion. The award is given to companies that are pushing the boundaries of People Strategy. The award was given to us in People & Culture Summit 2018.

“We are so happy to get this award. It is truly a big deal for us recognizing our long-term work for people engagement and diversity,” says Kalpana Sachdeva, head of HR in India.

The award was given to us on a basis that we promote gender equality and recruit females in higher ratio. We also have had an ambition to create a work environment where employees respect each other – focusing on talent search from different religions, culture and regions – we do not differentiate talent on basis of caste, creed, religion, age or sex.

“For example, from 2017 to 2018 we have doubled the number of female workers in India which seemed first as a quite challenging task. We see that diversity adds value also to our business and in our decision-making processes. Now, we have females among crucial decision-makers. We also see that this promotes a healthy and competitive work culture, colleagues supporting each other to grow up the ladder,” says HR Team-India.

Winning the best employer brand award

Second award was concerning the Best Employer Brand. Awards are hosted by the Employer Branding Institute: World HRD Congress & Starts of the Industry Group.

We are earnestly grateful for the recognition we have received for our work, because we are very sure that every other nominee for this award was as capable if not more, of winning this award.
