Key Account Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent customer experience at all levels
  • Act as main contact between the company and named key customers
  • Develop long-term relationships, ensuring consistent communication and regular check-ins
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, operations, product development)
  • Create and execute account plans tailored to each client’s business objectives
  • Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Track and report key metrics such as retention rates, sales growth and client feedback

  • Proven ability to build valuable relationships and networks
  • Capable of identifying growth opportunities
  • Proactive approach in mitigating risks
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends
  • Proficiency in CRM
  • Strong networking / relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication/ negotiation skills

Desired education, experience & background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, Marketing, Sales or similar, related field
  • Min 3-5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management
  • Experience of B2B sales activities in the service business
  • Experience in data-led tracking, reporting and development
  • Experience in understanding and prioritizing the client needs
  • Experience to maintain resilience under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Experience in and focused on achieving measurable outcomes for both clients and the company
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
