HR Partner
Job Summary:
The HR Partner at Lindström ensures that HR processes run smoothly, collaborates closely with business leaders, and serves as a reliable HR contact on people-related matters. When needed, the HR Partner also supports key HR functions at an operational level – such as recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate HR processes such as performance management, development discussion, salary review according to schedule
- Advise managers in conducting aforementioned processes and all employment related matters.
- Support key HR functions at an operational level including but not limited to administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, salary review, development initiatives, and employee events.
- Help ensure compliance with labor law, social security regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on topics such as learning & development, compensation, and recruitment.
- Lead or actively contribute to cross-functional HR projects and company-wide initiatives.
- Support change management efforts and foster a culture of high performance, inclusion, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, social security / social insurance regulations, HR practices, and business acumen.
- Exceptional interpersonal, consulting, and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively at all organizational levels.
- Working proficiency in English
- High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR, etc.).
