Fast Track Sales Manager

We are one of Europe’s leading textile service companies with more than 175 years of experience in the textile industry. We offer a wide range of textile services ranging from workwear, protective equipment, mats, restaurant and hotel textiles to industrial mats and towels.

We are looking for a Fast Track Sales Manager to lead our Fast Track Sales Team in West Hungary.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for       

• leading the team to achieve targets,
• the implementation of local Fast Track strategy,
• the annual revenue target of the teams,
• sales operations,
• acquiring new customers from inform segment,
• preparing and delivering customer-centric solutions,
• attending sales management meetings,
• conducting and leading regular sales meetings,
• providing on-going recommendations to local and global management and clients how to upsell and cross-sell our offerings,
• updating the CRM with sales activity information,
• tracking changes on customer activities,
• annual planning according to the company targets,
• action planning according to the targets,
• follow-up and analysis of the results,cost control,
• recruiting new people and orientation,
• training and coaching sales people

What we are expecting:

• university-level education
• advanced experience in sales at least 3 years
• strong sales management experience at least 2 years
• good co-operating skills
• result-oriented personality
• excellent negotiation and networking skills
• strong written and verbal communication skills in English
