           <div class='content__description'>\n                    <p>This Code of Conduct defines the basic requirements set on\u202fLindstr\u00f6m\u202fGroup (Lindstr\u00f6m\u202fOy and its subsidiaries,\u202flater\u202freferred to only as\u202f\u201cLindstr\u00f6m\u201d)\u202fand its suppliers\u202f(collectively\u202freferred to as \u201cwe\u201d)\u202fof goods and services concerning their responsibilities to their stakeholders, the environment and society in general.\u202fThe\u202fCode of Conduct is based on\u202four commitments.\u202fLindstr\u00f6m\u202freserves the right to make reasonable changes to the requirements of this Code of Conduct in case\u202fLindstr\u00f6m\u2019s\u202fown compliance policy is revised.\u202fIf such a case is to occur,\u202fLindstr\u00f6m\u202fexpects the supplier to accept the reasonable changes made.\u202fThis Code of Conduct applies to all\u202fLindstr\u00f6m\u202femployees regardless of position and third                \n            <\/div>\n            <div class='item__content item__content--open'>\n                <div class='content__description'>\n                    <p><strong>Legal Compliance\u202f\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We comply with the local and\u202fthe\u202finternational laws of\u202fthe\u202fapplicable legal systems of\u202fthe respective\u202fcountry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prohibition of\u202fCorruption and\u202fBribery\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We do\u202fnot tolerate corruption in any\u202fform nor in any\u202fbusiness processes\u202fdone\u202finternally or\u202ftogether\u202fwith third parties (public or private sector companies). We do\u202fnot give or take bribes either directly or indirectly.\u202fOffering or giving anything of value (including money, gifts, or services) in order to\u202fclose a\u202fdeal, keep business or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>We must\u202fnot allow personal or family interests to influence our professional judgment. We avoid conflicts\u202fof interest in\u202fall of\u202four business activities and decisions. We\u202fshould accept a third party\u2019s offer of an invitation to a meal or social event only if the primary reason for the event is a legitimate business meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data\u202fPrivacy and\u202fSecurity\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our common objective is that everyone who is handling information is liable for taking care of information security and data privacy by complying with acknowledged usage rules and instructions for information security and data privacy.\u202fLindstr\u00f6m\u202finformation security\u202frecommendations\u202fand data privacy is implemented based on national and international information security, data privacy statute, quality systems, information management best practices, and\u202fother standards\u202fadditionally agreed\u202fupon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usage of Social Media\u202f\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We encourage engagement with different social media.\u202fWe take care of how and when we use social media. We require all employees and partners to act with the highest degree of integrity and morality\u202fas well as\u202funderstand and comply with all relevant laws and legal systems of the respective countries we operate in.\u202fWe\u202fprohibit all forms of\u202fhuman trafficking and\u202fforced\u202flabour,\u202fincluding prison\u202flabour, indentured\u202flabour, bonded\u202flabour, slave\u202flabour\u202f, or other forms of forced\u202flabour\u202for servitude.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rights of Children and Young Workers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u202fare committed to\u202fILO conventions 138 and 182,\u202fby which\u202fno person shall be employed under the age of 15, or under the age of completion of compulsory education, whichever is higher. We enhance the circular economy in our value chain while choosing the solution with the lowest lifetime impact on the environment.
