V\u00fdsledky prieskumu medzi zamestnancami v \u010cesku a na Slovensku"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Starostlivos\u0165 o pracovn\u00e9 odevy v potravin\u00e1rstve \u010dasto nesp\u013a\u0148a hygienick\u00e9 normy &#8211; 86% pracovn\u00edkov si aspo\u0148 raz vypralo oble\u010denie doma, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou neodborne. V\u00fdsledkom je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko kontamin\u00e1cie, nedodr\u017eiavanie noriem (napr. HACCP) a zn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 v\u00fdroby. Rie\u0161en\u00edm je profesion\u00e1lny pren\u00e1jom pracovn\u00fdch odevov, ktor\u00fd zabezpe\u010d\u00ed hygienu, udr\u017eate\u013enos\u0165, bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a spokojnos\u0165 zamestnancov &#8211; a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zn\u00ed\u017ei prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fa a administrat\u00edvnu z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e podniku.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V potravin\u00e1rskych prev\u00e1dzkach je spr\u00e1vne <strong>udr\u017eiavan\u00fd a pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd pracovn\u00fd odev<\/strong> k\u013e\u00fa\u010dom k udr\u017eaniu vysokej kvality v\u00fdrobkov a zaisteniu bezpe\u010dnosti na pracovisku. <strong>Ako to v\u0161ak s pracovn\u00fdmi odevmi vo v\u00fdrobe vyzer\u00e1 v praxi?<\/strong> Kto je zodpovedn\u00fd za starostlivos\u0165 o pracovn\u00e9 odevy a ako s\u00fa s \u0148ou zamestnanci spokojn\u00ed? Na tieto a \u010fal\u0161ie ot\u00e1zky odpovedal exkluz\u00edvny <a href=\"https:\/\/web.norstatsurveys.com\/apps\/dashboard\/selfserve\/53c\/24111210:view\/a6vrjnh0v59p#fn=dashboardConfig\/tab:0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prieskum agent\u00fary Norstat<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V na\u0161om \u010dl\u00e1nku sa zameriavame na v\u00fdsledky z \u010ceskej a Slovenskej republiky, ale prieskum Norstatu obsahuje aj \u00fadaje zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch ostatn\u00fdch kraj\u00edn E\u00da, ktor\u00e9 sa \u0161t\u00fadie z\u00fa\u010dastnili.<\/strong> Ak budete chcie\u0165, m\u00f4\u017eete si v\u00fdsledky jednoducho vyfiltrova\u0165 pod\u013ea jednotliv\u00fdch kraj\u00edn a <strong>porovna\u0165 ich medzi sebou<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pracovn\u00e9 odevy pod drobnoh\u013eadom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V Lindstr\u00f6m kladieme ve\u013ek\u00fd d\u00f4raz na pozit\u00edvne sk\u00fasenosti z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov. V\u017edy po\u010d\u00favame skuto\u010dn\u00e9 potreby pracovn\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed nosia na\u0161e oble\u010denie. Rozhodli sme sa v\u0161ak \u00eds\u0165 e\u0161te viac do h\u013abky. S pomocou v\u00fdskumnej agent\u00fary <a href=\"https:\/\/norstat.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Norstat<\/a> sme uskuto\u010dnili <strong>rozsiahly prieskum v 11 krajin\u00e1ch<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9ho sa z\u00fa\u010dastnilo takmer 2 500 respondentov, z ktor\u00fdch 41% (v \u010ceskej republike a na Slovensku) pracuje v potravin\u00e1rskom priemysle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zistite, ak\u00e9 s\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 nedostatky v hygiene pracovn\u00fdch odevov, ako ich odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 a ako hodnot\u00ed kvalitu \u00fadr\u017eby svojich odevov <strong>403 zamestnancov z \u010ceskej a Slovenskej republiky<\/strong> &#8211; \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed tr\u00e1via v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu d\u0148a v pracovn\u00fdch odevoch, \u010di u\u017e na linke, v sklade alebo v baliarni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edsla: ciele, metodika a s\u00favislosti<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prieskum sa uskuto\u010dnil v 11 krajin\u00e1ch \ud83c\udf0d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Celkovo sa zapojilo 2 500 respondentov \ud83d\udd22<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>41% respondentov z \u010cR a SR pracuje v potravin\u00e1rstve \ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83c\udf73<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>403 respondentov poch\u00e1dza z \u010ceska a Slovenska \ud83c\udde8\ud83c\uddff\ud83c\uddf8\ud83c\uddf0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00edto \u013eudia tr\u00e1via v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu d\u0148a v pracovnom oble\u010den\u00ed &#8211; na linke, v sklade alebo v baliarni. \ud83d\udc77\u200d\u2640\ufe0f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2025\/06\/SK_Food-study_-cile-metodika-1024x1024.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18969\" style=\"width:600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2025\/06\/SK_Food-study_-cile-metodika-1024x1024.gif 1024w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2025\/06\/SK_Food-study_-cile-metodika-300x300.gif 300w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2025\/06\/SK_Food-study_-cile-metodika-150x150.gif 150w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2025\/06\/SK_Food-study_-cile-metodika-768x768.gif 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pranie pracovn\u00fdch odevov doma. Rozpor medzi praxou a hygienick\u00fdmi normami<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zisten\u00edm prieskumu je, \u017ee <strong>ka\u017ed\u00fd piaty zamestnanec (1 z 5)<\/strong> v potravin\u00e1rstve <strong>nie je obozn\u00e1men\u00fd so \u017eiadnymi hygienick\u00fdmi normami<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 by mal dodr\u017eiava\u0165 pri manipul\u00e1cii s pracovn\u00fdm odevom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e1to <strong>n\u00edzka \u00farove\u0148 informovanosti<\/strong> v\u00fdrazne zvy\u0161uje riziko poru\u0161ovania predpisov, \u010dasto ne\u00famyselne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoci s\u00fa pr\u00edsne hygienick\u00e9 normy pre potravin\u00e1rsku v\u00fdrobu nevyhnutn\u00e9, starostlivos\u0165 o pracovn\u00e9 odevy je st\u00e1le do ve\u013ekej miery v kompetencii samotn\u00fdch zamestnancov &#8211; pod\u013ea n\u00e1\u0161ho prieskumu <strong>alarmuj\u00facich 86% zamestnancov priznalo, \u017ee si svoj pracovn\u00fd odev aspo\u0148 raz vyprali doma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paradoxne, ako hlavn\u00fd d\u00f4vod uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa hygienu. Respondenti, ktor\u00ed per\u00fa svoje oble\u010denie doma, <strong>naj\u010dastej\u0161ie pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa teplotu ni\u017e\u0161iu ako 70\u00b0C (69%)<\/strong>, \u010do je absol\u00fatne nedostato\u010dn\u00e9, a <strong>len 22% pracovn\u00edkov si v\u017edy svoje oble\u010denie vy\u017eehl\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pranie pri teplote ni\u017e\u0161ej ako 70\u00b0C <strong>bez pou\u017eitia su\u0161i\u010dky alebo bez \u017eehlenia<\/strong> neodstr\u00e1ni pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 v\u00edrusy alebo bakt\u00e9rie zachyten\u00e9 v odeve. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina bakt\u00e9ri\u00ed je schopn\u00e1 r\u00e1s\u0165 a mno\u017ei\u0165 sa v teplotnom rozmedz\u00ed 5 &#8211; 60\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>38% zamestnancov uviedlo, \u017ee pracovn\u00fd odev nikdy ne\u017eehlia<\/strong> &#8211; aj to zni\u017euje \u0161ancu na likvid\u00e1ciu zvy\u0161n\u00fdch bakt\u00e9ri\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu pre\u017ei\u0165 be\u017en\u00e9 pranie pri teplote ni\u017e\u0161ej ako 70 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neprofesion\u00e1lne pranie pracovn\u00fdch odevov preto predstavuje riziko pre potravin\u00e1rsku v\u00fdrobu<\/strong>, najm\u00e4 v pr\u00edpade m\u00e4sov\u00fdch potrav\u00edn, mlieka alebo vo v\u00fdrobe, kde sa vstupn\u00e9 suroviny tepelne neupravuj\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" src=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2025\/06\/lindstrom-hygienicke-standarty-v-potravinarstvi-062025-2.jpg\" alt=\"Pren\u00e1jom pracovn\u00fdch odevov\" class=\"wp-image-18956\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2025\/06\/lindstrom-hygienicke-standarty-v-potravinarstvi-062025-2.jpg 700w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2025\/06\/lindstrom-hygienicke-standarty-v-potravinarstvi-062025-2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Neprofesion\u00e1lne udr\u017eiavan\u00e9 odevy predstavuj\u00fa riziko kontamin\u00e1cie celej v\u00fdroby<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 hlavn\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov, pre\u010do nepra\u0165 pracovn\u00e9 oble\u010denie doma<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dom\u00e1ce pranie pracovn\u00fdch odevov predstavuje hne\u010f nieko\u013eko probl\u00e9mov<\/strong>, \u010di u\u017e ide o bezpe\u010dnos\u0165, ekol\u00f3giu alebo pohodlie zamestnancov. V infografike ni\u017e\u0161ie je zhrnut\u00fdch p\u00e4\u0165 hlavn\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov, pre\u010do sa oplat\u00ed prenecha\u0165 starostlivos\u0165 o pracovn\u00fd textil profesion\u00e1lom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bez kontroly = riziko<\/strong> &#8211; Doma si nev\u0161imnete ch\u00fdbaj\u00faci zips alebo dieru. V Lindstr\u00f6m odevy kontrolujeme, opravujeme a vymie\u0148ame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skryt\u00e9 v\u00fddavky<\/strong> &#8211; Voda, energia, pracie prostriedky a \u010das stoja peniaze. S profesion\u00e1lnou slu\u017ebou u\u0161etr\u00ed firma aj zamestnanec.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ekol\u00f3gia, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 zmysel<\/strong> &#8211; Doma \u010dasto periete v polopr\u00e1zdnej pr\u00e1\u010dke. Lindstr\u00f6m v\u010faka optimaliz\u00e1cii \u0161etr\u00ed vodu, energiu a pracie prostriedky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strata ochrany<\/strong> &#8211; Dom\u00e1cim pran\u00edm oble\u010denie str\u00e1ca reflexn\u00e9 prvky alebo farebn\u00e9 ozna\u010denia. Hygienick\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 rizik\u00e1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prekvapuj\u00face je aj zistenie, \u017ee mnoh\u00ed pracovn\u00edci nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa ofici\u00e1lne pridelen\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 oble\u010denie. Pod\u013ea \u0161t\u00fadie takmer <strong>dve tretiny zamestnancov be\u017ene nosia v pr\u00e1ci svoje vlastn\u00e9 oble\u010denie<\/strong> namiesto firemn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho odevu. Tieto odevy v\u0161ak nemusia sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 &#8211; a zvy\u010dajne ani nesp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa &#8211; <strong>po\u017eadovan\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 a hygienick\u00e9 normy<\/strong>. Uv\u00e1dzan\u00e9 d\u00f4vody s\u00fa r\u00f4zne, od nedostato\u010dn\u00e9ho po\u010dtu pridelen\u00fdch odevov cez n\u00edzku kvalitu firemn\u00e9ho textilu a\u017e po subjekt\u00edvne preferencie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010co z toho vypl\u00fdva? Z h\u013eadiska hygieny a bezpe\u010dnosti ide o <strong>v\u00fdznamn\u00fd rizikov\u00fd faktor<\/strong> hne\u010f z nieko\u013ek\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vlastn\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 oble\u010denie \u010dasto <strong>nesp\u013a\u0148a po\u017eiadavky na hygienu<\/strong>, odolnos\u0165, farebn\u00e9 odl\u00ed\u0161enie alebo ochrann\u00e9 prvky. Najm\u00e4 v potravin\u00e1rstve m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 tento pr\u00edstup negat\u00edvny vplyv na auditovate\u013enos\u0165 a <a href=\"https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\/sk\/article\/oblecte-zamestnancov-nemocnice-tak-aby-ste-splnili-hygienicke-normy-vsetkym-pristalo\/\">dodr\u017eiavanie noriem<\/a>, ako s\u00fa HACCP, IFS alebo BRC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pranie pri teplot\u00e1ch ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch ako 70\u00b0C <strong>neodstr\u00e1ni v\u0161etky kontaminanty<\/strong>, biologick\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly alebo napr\u00edklad bakt\u00e9rie typu Listeria monocytogenes. V potravin\u00e1rstve tieto kontaminanty na odeve predstavuj\u00fa <a href=\"https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\/sk\/article\/co-sa-skryva-vo-vasom-pracovnom-odeve\/\">riziko kontamin\u00e1cie celej v\u00fdroby<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pri pran\u00ed oble\u010denia doma vznik\u00e1 <strong>riziko kr\u00ed\u017eovej kontamin\u00e1cie<\/strong>. Ke\u010f si zamestnanec berie \u0161pinav\u00fd odev domov, zan\u00e1\u0161a kontaminanty z pr\u00e1ce do svojho obydlia a naopak. V potravin\u00e1rskom priemysle nesmie pracovn\u00e9 oble\u010denie opusti\u0165 pracovisko.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nespr\u00e1vna starostlivos\u0165 o \u0161peci\u00e1lne materi\u00e1ly (nehor\u013eav\u00e9, vodoodoln\u00e9, reflexn\u00e9 at\u010f.) m\u00f4\u017ee tieto <strong>vlastnosti nen\u00e1vratne po\u0161kodi\u0165<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Okrem toho <strong>31 % respondentov<\/strong> uviedlo, \u017ee niekedy pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pracovn\u00e9 oble\u010denie aj mimo pracoviska.
