Business Development Manager

In charge of the operational management of company Branch Office.

Key tasks:

  • Follow-up and analysis
  • Annual planning in the Business Unit
  • Sales process management
  • Customer Service / Care activities (including receivables)
  • Develop and control of Laundry and delivery operations

Required knowledge and skills:

  • Leadership skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Skills and knowledge in Sales Management
  • Understanding of the Customer needs
  • Knowledge of Austrian market
  • Good command of the German and English language, Slovak advantage

Individual requirements:

  • Natural prerequisites for leadership and management: will and ability
  • Encouraging leader and a decisive manager when needed
  • Resistance to stress
  • Several years of management experience
  • Ability to analyse information and to implement it into the development of the operations
  • Ability to see the full picture/the thing as a whole
  • Ability to organise
