Kodeks ravnanja temelji na na\u0161ih zavezah.\u00a0Lindstr\u00f6m\u00a0si pridr\u017euje pravico, da izvede razumne spremembe zahtev v tem kodeksu ravnanja, \u010de se politika skladnosti podjetja\u00a0Lindstr\u00f6m\u00a0spremeni. Skrbimo za to, na kak\u0161en na\u010din in kdaj uporabljamo dru\u017ebene medije. Mladoletni delavci ne smejo opravljali dela, ki po svoji naravi ali okoli\u0161\u010dinah, v katerih se izvaja, lahko ogrozi njihovo zdravje, varnost ali moralo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Zdravje in varnost<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Opredelili smo tveganja in nevarnosti v delovnem okolju ter sprejeli ukrepe za njihovo ubla\u017eitev, da bi zagotovili zdravje in varnost vseh zaposlenih. Za podro\u010dje zdravja in varnosti\u00a0uporabljamo\u00a0standard ISO 45001.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Okoljske<\/strong><strong>\u00a0prakse<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Od sebe in dobaviteljev zahtevamo, da se v celotni dobavni verigi upo\u0161tevajo lokalno okoljevarstveno zakonodajo in mednarodne okoljevarstvene sporazume. To skladnost je treba dokumentirati \u2013 izvajanje zagotavljamo z rednimi kontrolnimi pregledi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Delamo po najbolj\u0161ih mo\u010deh ter zahtevamo, da imajo dejavnosti, izdelki in storitve v na\u0161i dobavni verigi \u010dim manj\u0161e negativne vplive na okolje. Spodbujamo kro\u017eno gospodarstvo v na\u0161i vrednostni verigi, vendar izberemo re\u0161itev, ki bo imela v svoji \u017eivljenjski dobi najmanj\u0161i vpliv na okolje.\u00a0Okoljske\u00a0vplive upo\u0161tevamo \u017ee v fazi na\u010drtovanja dejavnosti, pri transportu ter zasnovi in izbiri izdelkov, na primer tako, da izberemo\u00a0okoljsko\u00a0trajnostne vire materialov.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Stalne\u00a0okoljske\u00a0izbolj\u0161ave pri dejavnostih zagotavljamo z dolo\u010danjem letnega\u00a0okoljskega\u00a0cilja in akcijskimi na\u010drti, pri tem pa uporabljamo standard ISO 14001 ali enakovreden sistem\u00a0okoljskega\u00a0ravnanja.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dobavna veriga<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Zahtevamo, da dobavitelji in njihove dobavne verige delujejo v skladu s tem kodeksom ravnanja in spo\u0161tujejo na\u010dela prepovedi diskriminacije glede izbora dobavitelja in ravnanja z njim.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Pri\u010dakujemo, da so vse oblike komunikacij, vklju\u010dno z izjavami, navedbami in certifikati, ki so posredovani strankam in partnerjem, resni\u010dne in pravilne. Cenimo delo, ki ga opravljajo na\u0161i konkurenti in njihovi zaposleni.
