U kancelarijama su de\u017eurni krivci stolice, u proizvodnji beton, u logistici brzina i ritam rada. U praksi, krivac je \u010desto mnogo jednostavniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najve\u0107i problem nije to \u0161to sedite ili \u0161to stojite. Najve\u0107i rizik je to \u0161to <strong>predugo ostajete u jednom polo\u017eaju<\/strong>, sa malo promene optere\u0107enja i malo <a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2026\/01\/mikropokreti-pri-radu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mikropokreta<\/a>. NIOSH (CDC) &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/niosh\/blogs\/2014\/standing.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">u analizi intervencija za dugotrajno stajanje<\/a> zaklju\u010duje da je dinami\u010dno kretanje najkorisniji pravac razmi\u0161ljanja. U praksi se koriste i razne podloge, ulo\u0161ci, stolice za povremeni odmor i kombinovana re\u0161enja za sedenje\/stajanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-purple-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-5b07e0f0923ed53af29053e05a469717\"><strong>Ovaj tekst je prakti\u010dan vodi\u010d kroz pitanja: kako sedenje i stajanje uti\u010du na ki\u010dmu, \u0161ta prvo menjati, i gde podna re\u0161enja (poput ergonomskih staza) imaju smisla kao deo ergonomskog programa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta se de\u0161ava sa ki\u010dmom kada sedimo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada sedite du\u017ee, telo tra\u017ei \u201epre\u010dice\u201c. Ramena krenu napred, karlica se \u201euvu\u010de\u201c, a lumbalni deo gubi podr\u0161ku. SE-ERGO u tekstu o dejstvu sila na ki\u010dmu obja\u0161njava da <a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2025\/07\/dejstvo-sila-na-kicmu-prilikom-sedenja.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sedenje zna\u010dajno uti\u010de na ki\u010dmeni stub<\/a>, naro\u010dito kod ljudi koji sede dugo (kancelarija, rad za ma\u0161inom, u vozilu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U realnosti, problem nije samo naslon stolice. Ali SE-ERGO jasno navodi: optere\u0107enje pri stajanju zavisi od polo\u017eaja tela, trajanja i dinamike pokreta; ako je postura lo\u0161a ili stajanje dugo, problem se vra\u0107a i to na velika vrata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HSE (UK) navodi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hse.gov.uk\/msd\/lld\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">da su tegobe donjih ekstremiteta \u010de\u0161\u0107e u poslovima gde se dugo stoji<\/a>, a kao mere za njihovu prevenciju i ubla\u017eavanje pominje dizajn posla, rotaciju, pauze, obezbe\u0111ivanje sedenja gde je mogu\u0107e i \u2013 kada to ima smisla \u2013 <em>anti-fatigue<\/em> podloge, tj. podne prostirke protiv zamora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugim re\u010dima: dugo stajanje na tvrdom podu mo\u017ee da napravi \u010ditav niz, ili lanac problema \u2013 stopala, listovi, kolena, kukovi, pa kompenzacija u donjim le\u0111ima. Zato dobra ergonomija u 2026. godini podrazumeva manje bavljenja kupovinom opreme, a vi\u0161e dizajnom rada koji obezbe\u0111uje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>da se polo\u017eaj menja,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>da su visine i dohvat racionalni,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>da postoje mikro-pauze,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>da se rasterete najoptere\u0107enije zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NIOSH (CDC) u ve\u0107 citiranom radu nagla\u0161ava da se koriste razli\u010dite intervencije za dugotrajno stajanje (podloge, ulo\u0161ci, stolice, sit\u2013stand), ali da je dinami\u010dno kretanje najja\u010da ideja za smanjenje rizika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta prvo menjati: 6 prakti\u010dnih intervencija sa najboljim odnosom brzine i efikasnosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je lista koju slobodno mo\u017eete dati HR-u, BZR-u i operativi kao zajedni\u010dki akcioni plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prekinite \u201cblokove\u201d od 60\u201390 minuta<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Uvedite pravilo kratkih pauza ili mikro-promena zadatka. Kod ovakvih pauza, poenta nije u odmaranju, nego u promeni optere\u0107enja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Podesite visine i dohvat (pre opreme)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako je radna povr\u0161ina preniska ili previsoka, ljudi \u0107e se savijati i kompenzovati. Jedan sat pode\u0161avanja \u010desto vredi vi\u0161e od novog name\u0161taja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Omogu\u0107ite sedenje gde god je to mogu\u0107e (u stoje\u0107im poslovima)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cak i povremena mogu\u0107nost oslonca menja trajanje stati\u010dnog stajanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rotacija zadataka sa logikom, a ne \u201cnasumi\u010dno\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Rotirajte tako da se ne rotira samo monotona radnja, ve\u0107 i optere\u0107enje (npr. stajanje \u2194 hodanje \u2194 sedenje).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Obu\u0107a i pod: ne tretirajte ih kao \u201cli\u010dnu stvar\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanadski CCOHS nagla\u0161ava da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccohs.ca\/oshanswers\/ergonomics\/mats.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">podloga mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i, ali da sama po sebi ne re\u0161ava sve<\/a>, jer su nelagodnost i umor kombinacija dizajna rada, obu\u0107e i podne povr\u0161ine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ergonomske staze tamo gde je stajanje neminovno<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada imate radna mesta na kojima zaposleni stoje dugo (monta\u017ea, pakovanje, kontrola kvaliteta, prikupljanje robe po porud\u017ebini u magacinu i sl), podna re\u0161enja imaju smisla kao tehni\u010dka mera koja smanjuje zamor i podr\u017eava prirodniji stav. <a href=\"https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\/rs\/clanci\/unapredjenje-bezbednosti-i-udobnosti-radnog-mesta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lindstr\u00f6move ergonomske staze<\/a> su antistati\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studija dostupna u CDC-ovom repozitorijumu govori o efektima koje podloge protiv zamora imaju na nelagodnost i promenu oslonca tokom vi\u0161esatnog birokratije<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite da ovo postane sistem, a ne jednokratna akcija, preporuka je da u <a
