Nemojte birati najlak\u0161i deo posla, ve\u0107 onaj koji traje najdu\u017ee, ponavlja se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e, ili izaziva najvi\u0161e \u017ealbi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Posmatrajte rad i zabele\u017eite polo\u017eaje<\/strong>. Dovoljno je 10\u201315 minuta pa\u017eljivog posmatranja po radnom mestu, a snimanje je korisno ako kompanija ima jasna pravila privatnosti i ako joj praksa to dozvoljava.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ocenite polo\u017eaje i optere\u0107enje<\/strong>. RULA\/REBA kombinuju polo\u017eaje zglobova, nivo napora\/optere\u0107enja i trajanje\/ponavljanje u skor koji ukazuje koliko je hitno delovati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zapi\u0161ite uslove rada<\/strong>. Visine radnih povr\u0161ina, udaljenost dohvata, te\u017eine, tempo, pauze, obu\u0107a, podloga, prostor i dostupnost pomagala.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Predlo\u017eite 3-5 mera<\/strong>. Evo koji su to \u201ede\u017eurni krivci\u201c:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Predmeti koji se dohvataju su predaleko<\/strong>. Kada su delovi, ambala\u017ea ili alati previ\u0161e udaljeni, ramena idu napred, le\u0111a se savijaju, a vrat se iste\u017ee ka napred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Radna povr\u0161ina je preniska ili previsoka<\/strong>. Prenisko zna\u010di stalno savijanje i optere\u0107enje donjih le\u0111a. Previsoko zna\u010di podizanje ramena i napor u vratu i gornjem delu le\u0111a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stati\u010dno stajanje<\/strong>. Kada je stajanje dugo i bez promene oslonca, zamor nogu raste, a telo po\u010dinje to da \u201ekompenzuje\u201c u donjem delu le\u0111a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Okretanje trupa pod optere\u0107enjem<\/strong>. \u010cesto se doga\u0111a pri pakovanju, prebacivanju sa transportera, odlaganju na paletu, ili u zoni kontrole i predstavlja klasi\u010dan rizik za bol u le\u0111ima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ponovljeni pokreti \u0161ake i zgloba<\/strong>. Posebno \u010desto kod preciznog rada, skeniranja, zatvaranja ambala\u017ee, manipulacije sitnim delovima, ili rada sa ru\u010dnim alatima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to je va\u017eno: \u010dim se ovi obrasci prepoznaju i opi\u0161u &#8211; i mere postaju o\u010diglednije. Samim tim i dogovor izme\u0111u timova i izrada plana su lak\u0161i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kako da rezultat pretvorite u plan, umesto u (samo) jo\u0161 jedan izve\u0161taj<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobar plan ide redom i polazi od onoga \u0161to menja sistem ka onome \u0161to menja navike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo dolaze <strong>tehni\u010dke mere<\/strong>. One mogu biti jednostavnije, kao npr. pode\u0161avanje visina, omogu\u0107avanje lak\u0161eg dohvatanja predmeta, pozicioniranje materijala bli\u017ee telu. Mogu biti i malo slo\u017eenije kao \u0161to su promene rasporeda, obezbe\u0111ivanje oslonaca, pomo\u0107nih sredstava, bolje organizovane zone odlaganja i sl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim dolaze <strong>organizacione mere<\/strong>: rotacija zadataka koja menja optere\u0107enje, mikro-pauze, promene tempa tamo gde je to mogu\u0107e. Va\u017ene su i kratke obuke fokusirane na konkretne radnje i postavljanje (i pridr\u017eavanje) jasnih pravila za obavljanje najkriti\u010dnijeg segmenta posla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na kraju, tu je i <strong>li\u010dna oprema<\/strong>. Njihova osnovna svrha je da se smanji zamor i podr\u017ei prirodniji stav, naro\u010dito tamo gde je dugo stajanje neminovno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je naglasiti i to da ergonomske staze ne mogu da kompenzuju neadekvatnu visinu radne povr\u0161ine ili prevelik dohvat. Ako ljudi moraju stalno da se savijaju ili okre\u0107u pod optere\u0107enjem, prvo se menja dizajn radnog mesta. Neka kombinacija kancelarijskih i proizvodnih i\/ili magacinskih radnih mesta je veoma \u010desta pojava, pa je rezonski uraditi obe stvari.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kako ovo uklopiti u ergonomsku politiku kompanije<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Da ergonomija ne ostane jednokratna akcija, korisno je povezati procene dobijene nekom od ovih metoda sa ciljevima, merama i pra\u0107enjem njihovog efekta.
