Dodatno, pristupi poput PMTS (<a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2024\/07\/pmts-sistem.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unapred definisana vremena osnovnih pokreta<\/a>) mogu pomo\u0107i da se standardizacija uradi sistematski i uporedivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pobolj\u0161anje toka rada:<\/strong> Kada su norme jasne, lak\u0161e se planiraju smene, kapaciteti i raspodela posla, a menad\u017ement dobija podatke za realno planiranje u\u010dinka. Ergonomija ovde ima direktnu ulogu: smanjenje zamora i neprirodnih polo\u017eaja smanjuje broj gre\u0161aka i prekida u radu. Ovo je posebno va\u017eno u proizvodnji, logistici i kancelarijskim procesima sa visokim tempom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/153491421_xl-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20035\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/153491421_xl-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/153491421_xl-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/153491421_xl-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/153491421_xl.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u010duvanje zdravlja i zadovoljstva radnika<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prevencija povreda i mi\u0161i\u0107no-ko\u0161tanih poreme\u0107aja (MKP):<\/strong> Dokazi iz relevantnih institucija (NIOSH\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/niosh\/ergonomics\/ergo-programs\/risk-factors.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDC<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osha.gov\/ergonomics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OSHA<\/a>) jasno navode tipi\u010dne faktore rizika. To su ponavljaju\u0107i pokreti, forsirani tempo, nezgodni polo\u017eaji, podizanje i no\u0161enje tereta, guranje\/povla\u010denje i rad iznad visine ramena. Smanjenje izlo\u017eenosti ovim rizicima je osnova ergonomskog programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manje bola i zamora, a vi\u0161e fokusa:<\/strong> Kada su radna mesta prilago\u0111ena (visine, zone dohvatanja, raspored alata, pauze i rotacije zadataka, kao i edukacija o pravilnim polo\u017eajima), radnik ima vi\u0161e energije za kvalitetan rad i manja je verovatno\u0107a da \u0107e posao obavljati uz bolove. U zonama gde se dugo stoji, \u010desto se kao tehni\u010dka mera uvode i <a href=\"https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\/rs\/clanci\/ergonomske-prostirke-ublazavaju-tegobe-dugog-stajanja-i-pretvaraju-neminovnost-u-udobnost\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ergonomske staze<\/a>. One direktno uti\u010du na komfor i ubla\u017eavaju zamor izazvan stajanjem. EU-OSHA nagla\u0161ava da MKP vode ka odsustvima, invaliditetu, ve\u0107im tro\u0161kovima i ni\u017eoj produktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organizaciona komponenta: <\/strong>Autor na blogu SE-ERGO nagla\u0161ava potrebu za ergonomskim analizama rada, standardima i procedurama, kao i <a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2024\/12\/benefiti-edukacije-i-formiranja.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">edukacijom i formiranjem ergonomskog tima<\/a>. Ovo je veoma va\u017eno zato \u0161to ergonomija ne treba da ostane samo jednokratna akcija, ve\u0107 da postane trajni sistem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Smanjenje tro\u0161kova (vidljivo u bud\u017eetu, ne samo u \u201eutisku\u201c)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efikasnija upotreba resursa:<\/strong> Normiranje poma\u017ee da se izbegnu i preoptere\u0107enja (ljudi i opreme) i nedovoljna iskori\u0161\u0107enost kapaciteta. Time se stabilizuju planovi proizvodnje ili pru\u017eanja usluga, smanjuju zastoji i izbegavaju kriti\u010dne situacije i \u201ega\u0161enja po\u017eara\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ni\u017ee stope odsustava i povreda:<\/strong> NIOSH (CDC) eksplicitno navodi da programi ergonomije mogu doneti koristi poput smanjenja <a href=\"https:\/\/mcb.rs\/blog\/apsentizam-analiza-posledice-upravljanje-radnom-odsutnoscu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">apsentizma<\/a> i izgubljenih radnih dana, kao i tro\u0161kova vezanih za povrede (kompenzacije i ostalo).<br>OSHA tako\u0111e navodi da promene i kontrole hazardnih faktora mogu smanjiti fizi\u010dke zahteve, nepotrebne pokrete, povrede i povezane tro\u0161kove, uz pove\u0107anje efikasnosti i produktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tro\u0161kovi \u201enevidljivog curenja\u201c:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/salus.adapt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/11a_Work_related_MSDs_prevalence_costs_and_demographics_in_the_EU_report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EU izve\u0161taji o MKP<\/a> nagla\u0161avaju da posledice nisu samo zdravstvene ve\u0107 i poslovne: pad produktivnosti i rast bolovanja\/odsustava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/Prodem-Latvia-factory-2020-22-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20036\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/Prodem-Latvia-factory-2020-22-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/Prodem-Latvia-factory-2020-22-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/Prodem-Latvia-factory-2020-22-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/Prodem-Latvia-factory-2020-22.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konkurentnost i odr\u017eivost, jer tr\u017ei\u0161te tra\u017ei stabilan sistem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Br\u017ee prilago\u0111avanje promenama:<\/strong> Kada imate jasne norme, definisane procese i ergonomsku procenu rizika, lak\u0161e uvodite nove linije i bilo kakve promene u organizaciji rada. Pored toga, lak\u0161e savladavate i sezonske \u201e\u0161piceve\u201c i nove tehnologije, uz manji rizik od preoptere\u0107enja kapaciteta ili rasta broja povreda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zadr\u017eavanje ljudi:<\/strong> Odr\u017eivost vi\u0161e nije samo ekolo\u0161ka tema, ve\u0107 i tema <em>radne snage<\/em>. Radna mesta koja manje iscrpljuju i manje povre\u0111uju postaju konkurentska prednost u privla\u010denju i zadr\u017eavanju zaposlenih. EU-OSHA u svojim materijalima direktno povezuje MKP ne samo sa pove\u0107anim tro\u0161kovima i odsustvima, nego i sa odlaskom radnika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uskla\u0111enost, standardi i mogu\u0107nost dokazivanja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plan za ergonomiju i normiranje je lak\u0161e sprovesti i odr\u017eati kada se ve\u017ee za sistem upravljanja bezbedno\u0161\u0107u i zdravljem na radu. ISO 45001 se u praksi koristi kao okvir koji insistira na identifikaciji opasnosti, proceni rizika i uvo\u0111enju kontrola. Ovo se prirodno uklapa i u prevenciju MKP kroz ergonomiju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta godi\u0161nji plan za ergonomiju i\/ili normiranje rada realno treba da obuhvati<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi plan bio operativan, obi\u010dno se deli na nekoliko celina \u0161to u SE-ERGO tako\u0111e isti\u010du kao logiku ergonomskog programa. To su: procena rizika, procedure, edukacija i kontrola primene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U praksi, to zna\u010di:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mapiranje kriti\u010dnih radnih mesta i zadataka (gde su prisutni faktori rizika po OSHA\/NIOSH)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>izbor metoda procene (npr. za ru\u010dno rukovanje teretom, gde se \u010desto koristi NIOSH pristup; u skladi\u0161tima se pominje i kombinovanje metoda procene)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>normiranje i standardizacija (uklju\u010duju\u0107i, gde ima smisla i PMTS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>plan korektivnih mera (tehni\u010dke, organizacione i edukativne)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>merenje efekata (odsustva, povrede, reklamacije, kvalitet, u\u010dinak, fluktuacija) i redovni pregled plana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovde mo\u017eete preuzeti <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/2758505.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net\/hubfs\/2758505\/RS%20All%20Files\/RS_Content_Offers\/Godi%C5%A1nji%20plan%20ergonomije%20-%20kontrolna%20lista.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kontrolnu listu<\/a><\/strong> koja \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da ne ispustite iz vida ni\u0161ta va\u017eno prilikom izrade godi\u0161njeg plana.
