Ovaj memorijski model nam poma\u017ee da ciljeve formuli\u0161emo tako da budu jasni, proverljivi i primenjivi u praksi, bez \u201erupa\u201c koje kasnije mogu skupo da nas ko\u0161taju. Kada su ciljevi specifi\u010dni, merljivi, ostvarljivi, relevantni i vremenski ograni\u010deni, lak\u0161e se planira, jo\u0161 lak\u0161e prati napredak, a odgovornost za unapre\u0111enje uslova rada ne ostaje samo na nivou dobre namere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U bezbednosti i zdravlju na radu to je posebno va\u017eno, jer se ergonomija kao tema lako \u201erazvodni\u201c: svi se sla\u017eu da je ona neophodna i va\u017ena, ali bez konkretnih ciljeva, sve ostaje na pojedina\u010dnim inicijativama. Ili, u gorem slu\u010daju, na reakcijama kada se pojave bolovi, povrede i bolovanja. SMART poma\u017ee da se zadaci prenesu sa strate\u0161kog nivoa (politike i op\u0161ti prioriteti) na operativni (\u0161ta se ta\u010dno menja na radnom mestu), i zatim na izvr\u0161ni (ko \u0161ta radi, kada, na koji na\u010din i kako znamo da li je to uspelo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/Untitled-design-9-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/Untitled-design-9-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/Untitled-design-9-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/Untitled-design-9-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2026\/02\/Untitled-design-9.jpg 1044w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Ergonomske staze na staja\u0107im radnim mestima u proizvodnji<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako primeniti SMART model na bezbednost i zdravlje na radnom mestu kroz pobolj\u0161anje ergonomije? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To u nastavku poja\u0161njava <strong>dr Gordana \u010colovi\u0107<\/strong>, ekspert za normiranje, ergonomiju, organizaciju proizvodnje, <em>lean<\/em> sistem i strategijski menad\u017ement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobra polazna ta\u010dka je da pre ciljeva uradite kratku po\u010detnu analizu, tzv. \u201enultu sliku\u201c:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gde su najkriti\u010dnija radna mesta?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koji su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i simptomi?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koje su ta\u010dke rizika (dugotrajno stajanje, ponavljaju\u0107i pokreti, podizanje tereta, neprilago\u0111ene visine radnih povr\u0161ina)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koji procesi \u201eteraju\u201c zaposlene da rade na na\u010din koji nije dobar po njihovo telo?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sada \u0107emo pro\u0107i kroz ovaj akronim i pojasniti ga uz prakti\u010dne primere iz oblasti ergonomije i BZR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Specific (Specifi\u010dno)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na po\u010detku treba definisati radna mesta koja se analiziraju i unapre\u0111uju, kao i konkretne metode: npr. procena optere\u0107enja, redizajn rasporeda rada, prilago\u0111avanje visine radnih stolova, organizacija pauza, edukacija o pravilnim polo\u017eajima, ili uvo\u0111enje re\u0161enja koja smanjuju zamor pri stajanju. Va\u017eno je da cilj nije uop\u0161ten, kao \u201epobolj\u0161ati ergonomiju\u201c, ve\u0107 recimo: \u201esmanjiti zamor pri stajanju na pakovanju u drugoj smeni\u201c ili \u201esmanjiti broj pogre\u0161nih polo\u017eaja pri ru\u010dnom sklapanju\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U tom kontekstu, jedna od prakti\u010dnih mera mogu biti i ergonomske podloge\/staze na pozicijama gde zaposleni stoje dugo na tvrdim podovima (beton, plo\u010dice). Ideja je jednostavna: smanjiti stati\u010dko optere\u0107enje i nelagodnost, a istovremeno podr\u017eati \u010de\u0161\u0107u promenu polo\u017eaja i sigurniji oslonac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Measurable (Merljivo)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dno je postaviti ciljeve koji se mogu kvantifikovati. To mo\u017ee biti smanjenje prijavljenih bolova u mi\u0161i\u0107ima i zglobovima (npr. kroz kratke anonimne upitnike jednom mese\u010dno), smanjenje broja dana bolovanja, smanjenje broja prijavljenih incidenata klizanja i spoticanja, ili pove\u0107anje produktivnosti uz isti broj ljudi i isti kvalitet izlaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primer: \u201esmanjiti samoprijavljeni bol u stopalima\/kolenima\/donjem delu le\u0111a za 20% u naredna tri meseca\u201c ili \u201esmanjiti broj dana bolovanja povezanih sa mi\u0161i\u0107no-ko\u0161tanim tegobama za 15% u \u0161est meseci\u201c. Primer ostvarivog cilja: \u201eobu\u010diti sve zaposlene na liniji X o osnovama ergonomije rada i uvesti dve mikro-pauze po smeni u roku od 30 dana\u201c, ili \u201eu roku od 6 nedelja prilagoditi radne povr\u0161ine i obele\u017eiti zone rada tako da se smanji nepotrebno saginjanje\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107ina kompanija nema interne stru\u010dnjake za ergonomiju, \u0161to je potpuno razumljivo. Zato je \u010desto neophodno uklju\u010diti konsultante, ili specijalizovane organizacije (poput <a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agencije SE-ERGO<\/a>) koji mogu da urade procenu, obuku i predlog mera \u201epo meri\u201c kompanije i njenih radnih mesta. Poenta karakteristike \u201eostvarivo\u201c nije to da neki cilj bude skroman. Naprotiv, on treba da bude ambiciozan, ali i izvodljiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Relevant (Relevantno)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I ovi ciljevi, kao i svi drugi kompanijski napori, treba da budu povezani sa ciljevima kompanije: manje izostanaka, manje povreda, stabilnija produktivnost, ve\u0107e zadovoljstvo zaposlenih i lak\u0161e zadr\u017eavanje ljudi. Relevantnost se vidi i kroz jezik cilja: ako je kompaniji trenutno problem fluktuacija ili preoptere\u0107enje u odre\u0111enim timovima, ergonomske mere treba vezati za te problemati\u010dne ta\u010dke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U praksi, relevantnost \u010desto zna\u010di kombinovanje organizacionih i tehni\u010dkih mera. <strong>Organizacione mere<\/strong> su pauze, rotacija poslova, tempo rada i edukacija. <strong>Tehni\u010dke mere<\/strong> su prilago\u0111avanje radne opreme, pomo\u0107na sredstva, re\u0161enja za rad u stoje\u0107em polo\u017eaju, pa \u010dak i podne obloge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ergonomske staze\/podloge se u tom paketu posmatraju kao jedna od mera koja mo\u017ee doprineti udobnosti, boljem dr\u017eanju i manjem riziku od klizanja na odre\u0111enim pozicijama, uz uslov da se izaberu i odr\u017eavaju u skladu sa uslovima rada i higijenskim zahtevima. Ili: \u201eu narednih 6 meseci \u0107emo smanjiti broj povreda\/incidenata vezanih za klizanje za X% na lokaciji Y\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobra praksa je da se postave i \u201emini-rokovi\u201c u vidu okvirnog plana: npr. 2 nedelje za analizu trenutnog stanja, 4 nedelje za testiranje u praksi, kroz tzv. \u201epilot-projekat\u201c, pa 8\u201312 nedelja za preslikavanje re\u0161enja koja su dala dobre rezultate na celu kompaniju (svuda gde su ona primenjiva).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako se ergonomija pretvara u jedan jasno vo\u0111eni, upravljani proces, umesto da bude samo jednokratna akcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SMART pristup poma\u017ee da ergonomija prestane da bude apstraktna tema i postane jasan niz konkretnih odluka koje se mogu sprovesti i izmeriti. Kada unapred znate \u0161ta menjate, kako merite efekat tih promena i kada o\u010dekujete pomake, lak\u0161e mo\u017eete da dobijete i podr\u0161ku menad\u017ementa i saradnju zaposlenih.
