Da bi stekle ili zadr\u017eale me\u0111unarodne sertifikate o bezbednosti hrane kao \u0161to su ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCS Food Safety, IFS Food i sli\u010dno, kompanije moraju da prate nekoliko smernica i da stalno prate predstojec\u0301e promene. Svi gore navedeni standardi i \u0161eme o\u010dekuju od organizacija koje posluju u prehrambenoj industriji da razviju kulturu bezbednosti hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u0160ta je zapravo kultura bezbednosti hrane? To nije samo jo\u0161 jedna popularna re\u010d! Kompanije treba da poka\u017eu svoju kulturu bezbednosti hrane kroz posve\u0107enost najvi\u0161eg menad\u017ementa dokumentaciji, planovima, odr\u017eavanju i pobolj\u0161anjima u celoj organizaciji. Ovo su samo neki od najva\u017enijih aspekata, dok se prava kultura bezbednosti hrane mo\u017ee videti u svakodnevnim akcijama kompanije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovom tekstu, Lindstr\u00f6mova \u0161efica odeljenja za Hranu i maloprodaju, <a href=\"https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\/staff\/csilla-kovacs-rahoi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Csilla Kovacs-Rahoi<\/a>, deli svoje mi\u0161ljenje o tome za\u0161to razvoj kulture kvaliteta mo\u017ee doneti vec\u0301u vrednost za organizaciju, umesto da gradi samo kulturu bezbednosti hrane. Na primer, menad\u017eer za logistiku ili slu\u017ebenik u nabavci mogu pomisliti da bezbednost hrane nije i njihova direktna briga. To nije istina. Pravo zna\u010denje &#8216;kvaliteta&#8217; je to da svaki zaposleni obrac\u0301a pa\u017enju na detalje, pazec\u0301i da njegov posao bude dobro obavljen i u skladu sa definisanim procesima. Kada svi zaposleni slede na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja o kvalitetu, to c\u0301e rezultirati pobolj\u0161anom bezbedno\u0161c\u0301u hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U logistici, na primer, morate da dizajnirate procese imajuc\u0301i na umu kvalitet, osiguravanje da su etikete ta\u010dne i sa jasnim informacijama o hranljivim materijama i alergenima, pravilnu isporuku proizvoda, itd. Cilj svih u organizaciji treba da bude proizvodnja hrane najvi\u0161eg mogu\u0107eg kvaliteta, pri \u010demu svako odeljenje igra ulogu u postizanju toga. Dakle, pojam kultura kvaliteta je ne\u0161to sa \u010dime sva odeljenja i sektori u firmi mogu da se identifikuju, nego pojam kultura bezbednosti hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se neka organizacija posveti uspostavljanju kulture kvaliteta, ona mora uzeti u obzir lokalne kulturne faktore, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i tu i obrazovni i ekonomski kontekst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Kultura kvaliteta se mo\u017ee uspostaviti za jednu organizaciju, ali i za vec\u0301e subjekte kao \u0161to su kompanije sa vi\u0161e podru\u017enica u razli\u010ditim zemljama. Iako njihove kulture mogu biti veoma razli\u010dite, one se \u010desto povezuju jedna s drugom na dubljem nivou. Ona prodire duboko u na\u0161e srce, i mo\u017eda c\u0301emo morati da prona\u0111emo razli\u010dite puteve da ona dopremo do svih. Prava posvec\u0301enost zna\u010di da svaki \u0161ef odeljenja razume kako on i njegov tim mogu da doprinesu kvalitetu. Iako se pristup mo\u017ee razlikovati izme\u0111u odeljenja \u2013 bilo da je u pitanju logistika, marketing, ili upravljanje objektima \u2013 osnovne vrednosti ostaju iste. \u017deljeni procesi treba da budu jasno opisani, a svi moraju biti posvec\u0301eni i uklju\u010deni. Lideri treba da se pona\u0161aju kao uzori i da vode svojim primerom.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Uklju\u010denost zaposlenih<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Svi, od domara do upravnog odbora, treba da se osec\u0301aju povezanim i da doprinose negovanju kulture kvaliteta. Anga\u017eovanje ljudi na li\u010dnom nivou je klju\u010dno. Dopiranje do srca ljudi de\u0161ava se putem povezivanja. To mo\u017ee biti u vezi sa grupom potro\u0161a\u010da, sa nekom tradicijom, ili ne\u010dim tre\u0107im.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Csilla donosi primer sa svog prethodnog posla, proizvodnje hrane za bebe. Skoro svi imaju decu, ili nekog ro\u0111aka sa decom. Svako je mogao da se poistoveti sa time, a njihov zajedni\u010dki cilj je bio da proizvedu bezbednu hranu za te bebe. O\u010dekujte da c\u0301e to trajati vi\u0161e od mesec dana, pa \u010dak i vi\u0161e od godinu dana\u2014ali c\u0301e vam se vi\u0161estruko vratiti!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontinuirano pobolj\u0161anje po\u010dinje od lidera organizacije i prote\u017ee se do svakog odeljenja i svakog \u010dlana tima. Redovne diskusije i komunikacija su od su\u0161tinskog zna\u010daja za odr\u017eavanje kulture kvaliteta, \u0161to na kraju dovodi do toga da ona postane svakodnevna praksa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Priznanja i nagrade<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Priznanje je sna\u017ean motivator. Svi smo mi ljudska bic\u0301a koja \u017eele da se osec\u0301aju cenjeno zbog svog doprinosa. Kada razvijate program nagra\u0111ivanja, pobrinite se za to da on bude dosledan u svim odeljenjima, kako biste promovisali jednako anga\u017eovanje i pozitivnu atmosferu u vezi sa kulturom kvaliteta. Obuka i razvoj<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Obuka nije odgovornost koja je samo na plec\u0301ima tima za kvalitet i uskla\u0111enost. Da bi istinski negovali kulturu kvaliteta, \u0161efovi odeljenja moraju aktivno da obu\u010davaju svoje timove, dajuc\u0301i im primere relevantne za njihove specifi\u010dne funkcije. Ovaj li\u010dni pristup osigurava da \u0107e svi u organizaciji razumeti i primenjivati standarde kvaliteta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"koristi\">Koristi od aktivne kulture kvaliteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pobolj\u0161ana efikasnost:<\/strong> Kada svako razume svoju ulogu u kulturi kvaliteta, uskla\u0111enost sa procesima se pobolj\u0161ava, \u0161to vodi ne samo povec\u0301anju efikasnosti, vec\u0301 najverovatnije i ka manje odbijenih serija i javnih opoziva proizvoda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pobolj\u0161ana uskla\u0111enost:<\/strong> Na osnovu Csillinog iskustva, primena kulture kvaliteta mo\u017ee dovesti do zna\u010dajnog smanjenja propusta u proizvodnji, a samim tim i pobolj\u0161anja kvaliteta proizvoda. To \u0161tedi novac, a povla\u010denja proizvoda sa tr\u017ei\u0161ta nec\u0301e naru\u0161iti reputaciju va\u0161eg brenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Povec\u0301ana lojalnost zaposlenih:<\/strong> vec\u0301a je verovatnoc\u0301a da c\u0301e motivisana i priznata radna snaga ostati u kompaniji, smanjujuc\u0301i tako tro\u0161kove ljudskih resursa i fluktuaciju zaposlenih. \u0160tavi\u0161e, sa manje gre\u0161aka i manjom potrebom za korektivnim i preventivnim radnjama, zaposleni se mogu fokusirati na inovacije.
