Kodeks pona\u0161anja je zasnovan na na\u0161im obavezama. Lindstr\u00f6m zadr\u017eava pravo da izvr\u0161i razumne promene u zahtevima ovog Kodeksa pona\u0161anja ako se Lindstr\u00f6mova politika uskla\u0111enosti promeni. U ovom slu\u010daju, Lindstr\u00f6m o\u010dekuje od dobavlja\u010da da prihvate odgovarajuc\u0301e izmene. Ovaj kodeks pona\u0161anja primenjuje se na sve zaposlene u Lindstr\u00f6mu, bez obzira na polo\u017eaj i trec\u0301a lica.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Eti\u010dko poslovno pona\u0161anje<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Uskla\u0111enost sa zakonodavstvom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Poslujemo u skladu sa domac\u0301im i me\u0111unarodnim zakonodavstvom va\u017eec\u0301ih pravnih sistema doti\u010dne zemlje.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Zabrana korupcije i mita<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ne toleri\u0161emo korupciju u bilo kom obliku iu bilo kojim internim poslovnim procesima ili poslovnim procesima koje sprovodimo sa trec\u0301im licima (preduzec\u0301a iz javnog ili privatnog sektora). Ako nas trec\u0301a strana pozove na poslovni ru\u010dak ili dru\u0161tveni doga\u0111aj, prihvatic\u0301emo samo ako je glavni razlog doga\u0111aja legitiman poslovni sastanak.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Privatnost i bezbednost podataka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Na\u0161 zajedni\u010dki cilj je da svako ko rukuje informacijama bude odgovoran za brigu o bezbednosti informacija i za\u0161titi podataka postupajuc\u0301i u skladu sa priznatim pravilima kori\u0161c\u0301enja i uputstvima za bezbednost informacija i privatnost podataka. Lindstr\u00f6move preporuke u vezi sa bezbedno\u0161c\u0301u informacija i privatno\u0161c\u0301u podataka se primenjuju na osnovu nacionalne i me\u0111unarodne bezbednosti podataka, statuta o za\u0161titi podataka, sistema kvaliteta, najbolje prakse upravljanja informacijama i drugih dodatno dogovorenih standarda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Kori\u0161\u0107enje dru\u0161tvenih medija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Podsti\u010demo aktivnosti na razli\u010ditim dru\u0161tvenim medijima. Brinemo se o tome kako i kada koristimo dru\u0161tvene medije. U komunikaciji vodimo ra\u010duna o publici, ne objavljujemo poverljive informacije i uvek po\u0161tujemo druge.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Po\u0161tovanje osnovnih ljudskih prava zaposlenih<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Pravedan tretman i jednakost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ne toleri\u0161emo nikakvu vrstu diskriminacije. Ne prihvatamo bilo kakvo pona\u0161anje koje bi moglo da ugrozi dostojanstvo pojedinca, posebno fizi\u010dko ili verbalno uznemiravanje, npr. ne\u017eeljeno pona\u0161anje koje stvara zastra\u0161ujuc\u0301e, neprijateljsko, poni\u017eavajuc\u0301e, sramno, ili uvredljivo okru\u017eenje<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Po\u0161teno zapo\u0161ljavanje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Posvec\u0301eni smo po\u0161tenoj praksi zapo\u0161ljavanja koja je fer, zasnovana na zaslugama i nediskriminatorna. Ne diskrimini\u0161emo zaposlene na osnovu pola, materinskog statusa, seksualne orijentacije, statusa bra\u010dnog ili gra\u0111anskog partnerstva, promene pola, rase, boje ko\u017ee, dr\u017eavljanstva, etni\u010dkog ili nacionalnog porekla, veroispovesti ili uverenja, invaliditeta ili starosti. Nudimo zaposlenima jednake moguc\u0301nosti za obuku i razvoj na osnovu njihovih snaga i potreba kako bismo im pomogli da ostvare svoj puni potencijal. Zaposlene c\u0301emo nagraditi pravedno na osnovu njihove sposobnosti, u\u010dinka, doprinosa i iskustva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Zaposlenima treba dostaviti pismenu izjavu o uslovima i odredbama zapo\u0161ljavanja na lokalnom jeziku kako bi se osiguralo da su upoznati sa svojim zakonskim pravima i obavezama. Nastojimo da doprinesemo pozitivnom dru\u0161tvenom i ekonomskom razvoju. Po\u0161tujemo lokalne kulture i \u017eelimo da razumemo i po\u0161tujemo obi\u010daje i lokalne vrednosti ljudi u zemljama u kojima poslujemo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">U okviru zakonskih mogu\u0107nosti, priznajemo pravo na slobodno udru\u017eivanje zaposlenih i ne dajemo prednost niti diskrimini\u0161emo \u010dlanove organizacija zaposlenih ili sindikata.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Prinudni i obavezni rad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Kao deo na\u0161ih obaveza, posvec\u0301eni smo primeni efikasnih sistema i kontrola kako bismo osigurali da u na\u0161em poslovanju ili lancu snabdevanja nema ropstva ili trgovine ljudima. Zahtevamo od svih zaposlenih i partnera da postupaju sa najvi\u0161im stepenom integriteta i morala i da razumeju i postupaju u skladu sa svim relevantnim zakonima i pravnim sistemima doti\u010dnih zemalja u kojima poslujemo. Zabranjujemo sve oblike trgovine ljudima i prinudnog rada, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i zatvorski rad, neplac\u0301eni rad, prisilnu otplatu duga i druge oblike prinudnog rada ili ropstva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Prava dece i mladih radnika<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Posvec\u0301eni smo Konvencijama 138 i 182 Me\u0111unarodne organizacije rada (ILO), prema kojima nijedna osoba ne mo\u017ee biti zaposlena ako je mla\u0111a od 15 godina, ili uzrasta na kraju obaveznog obrazovanja, u zavisnosti od toga koja je od ove dve starosne granice vi\u0161a. Maloletni radnici ne smeju da obavljaju poslove koji po svojoj prirodi ili okolnostima u kojima se obavljaju mogu da ugroze njihovo zdravlje, bezbednost ili moral.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Zdravlje i bezbednost<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Identifikovali smo rizike i opasnosti u radnom okru\u017eenju i preduzeli mere za njihovo ubla\u017eavanje kako bismo obezbedili zdravlje i bezbednost svih zaposlenih. Preduzimamo mere predostro\u017enosti da spre\u010dimo nezgode, kao \u0161to je odr\u017eavanje adekvatne i zadovoljavajuc\u0301e za\u0161tite od po\u017eara na radnom mestu i za\u0161tite od profesionalne bolesti. Podsti\u010demo sve da u\u010destvuju u razvoju ovih praksi. Pru\u017eamo obuku i osiguravamo da zaposleni budu edukovani o pitanjima zdravlja i bezbednosti. O\u010dekujemo da svi vode ra\u010duna o zdravlju i bezbednosti u svakodnevnom radu. Primenjujemo standard ISO 45001 za zdravlje i bezbednost.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ekolo\u0161ke<\/strong><strong>\u00a0prakse<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Od sebe i od na\u0161ih dobavlja\u010da zahtevamo da se pridr\u017eavamo lokalnih zakona o za\u0161titi \u017eivotne sredine i me\u0111unarodnih ugovora o za\u0161titi \u017eivotne sredine u celom lancu snabdevanja. Ova uskla\u0111enost mora biti dokumentovana &#8211; sprovo\u0111enje se obezbe\u0111uje redovnim inspekcijama.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Dajemo sve od sebe i zahtevamo da aktivnosti, proizvodi i usluge u na\u0161em lancu snabdevanja imaju \u0161to manje negativnog uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu. Promovi\u0161emo cirkularnu ekonomiju u na\u0161em lancu vrednosti, ali biramo re\u0161enje koje c\u0301e imati najmanji uticaj na \u017eivotnu sredinu tokom svog \u017eivotnog veka. Uticaje na \u017eivotnu sredinu uzimamo u obzir vec\u0301 u fazi planiranja aktivnosti, u transportu i dizajnu i odabiru proizvoda, na primer odabirom ekolo\u0161ki odr\u017eivih izvora materijala.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Obezbe\u0111ujemo stalna pobolj\u0161anja \u017eivotne sredine u na\u0161im aktivnostima postavljanjem godi\u0161njih ekolo\u0161kih ciljeva i akcionih planova, uz kori\u0161c\u0301enje standarda ISO 14001 ili ekvivalentnog sistema upravljanja \u017eivotnom sredinom.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lanac nabavke<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Zahtevamo da na\u0161i dobavlja\u010di i njihovi lanci snabdevanja rade u skladu sa ovim Kodeksom pona\u0161anja i po\u0161tuju principe nediskriminacije u izboru i tretmanu dobavlja\u010da.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">O\u010dekujemo da svi oblici komunikacije, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i izjave, indikacije i sertifikate dati kupcima i partnerima, budu istiniti i ta\u010dni. Cenimo rad na\u0161ih konkurenata i njihovih zaposlenih.
