Each year we reward our people and teams who have passion for their job \u2013 those who produce excellent customer experience and make our We Care spirit alive. Here are the winners of 2017. Warm congratulations to all!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The winning teams are rewarded e.g. based on customer retention, customer experience and employee engagement criteria. This means that the teams really need to work together and show We Care spirit to be the winning team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year we reward one of our foreign subsidiaries as Subsidiary of the year. This year our team Hungary was the winner. In our biggest operating country Finland we reward the best business unit (this year Central Finland), the best service center (shared prize for Koivuhaka and Luum\u00e4ki) and the best Comforta service center (this year Koivuhaka).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to team awards, we award the people around our organization. These people are the true We Care ambassadors \u2013 they all are everyday superheroes in their own work and also those who take the effort to take care of their co-workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
