Finnish multinational textile services group Lindstr\u00f6m\u00a0rewards globally all its production workers who have not had the opportunity to work remotely during Corona pandemic. With the reward, Lindstr\u00f6m wants to show its appreciation of the valuable work and commitment their employees have given during exceptionally challenging times. The bonuses will be distributed in all countries where Lindstr\u00f6m operates, and globally the bonuses total to nearly EUR 1 million<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The corona pandemic has treated workers differently. As of last spring, many switched to working from home office and kept physical contact with other people to a minimum. But not everyone had the choice or the option to work remotely or to stay in a relatively controlled environment like the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reward will be paid to all Lindstr\u00f6m\u00b4s frontline employees in 24 countries during the first quarter of 2021. The bonus is equal to one week\u2019s salary and globally the total amount of these bonuses is approximately EUR 1 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
