Before&nbsp;explaining&nbsp;more what&nbsp;Customer Experience (CX)&nbsp;Week&nbsp;is&nbsp;all&nbsp;about, I would like to wish happy&nbsp;CX Week to&nbsp;all our customers and partners!&nbsp;We are&nbsp;excited to&nbsp;collaborate and succeed together with you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;We have been organizing CX Weeks on a yearly basis since 2018. The purpose of&nbsp;the&nbsp;CX Week&nbsp;is to develop and strengthen&nbsp;the customer experience culture at Lindstr\u00f6m&nbsp;and to&nbsp;celebrate our customers, of course.&nbsp;In 2019, the&nbsp;CX Week was especially exciting, because we got a chance to welcome our customers and the guest speaker Thomas Kolster&nbsp;to join us in exploring&nbsp;the topic of&nbsp;how a sustainable brand can offer excellent customer experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Lindstr\u00f6m\u2019s CX Day 4.10.2019\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Tyvdh93iMJA?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CX Week 2020 is held on 5th\u00a0to\u00a09th\u00a0October\u00a0and this\u00a0year\u2019s topic is True Partnership, which is especially close to our\u00a0strategic goal of being\u00a0the\u00a0desired partner and succeeding together with\u00a0our\u00a0customers. To me personally, True Partnership means\u00a0that you are genuinely interested in the partner,\u00a0always helping\u00a0them in whatever is needed,\u00a0without your own agenda.\u00a0A true partner is there to support, even\u00a0if it doesn\u2019t necessarily\u00a0play well for\u00a0them.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Understanding the future together\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0The year has been challenging.\u00a0COVID-19 has\u00a0brought many changes to\u00a0the way our customers, partners and we at Lindstr\u00f6m operate.\u00a0However,\u00a0the pandemic has shown how important\u00a0true, strong and trustworthy partner relations are.\u00a0Listening to the customers, understanding them, showing\u00a0empathy\u00a0and offering a helping hand in these difficult times\u00a0have been\u00a0the key fundamentals in Customer Experience lately.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our customers\u00a0and their businesses\u00a0are\u00a0also\u00a0influenced\u00a0by megatrends: digitalization, climate change,\u00a0ageing population\u00a0\u2013\u00a0these are just a few examples.\u00a0\u00a0As we want to succeed together with our customers,\u00a0we\u00a0need to support them\u00a0in\u00a0accelerating the continuous development and renewing\u00a0processes\u00a0to\u00a0stay\u00a0current.\u00a0This is\u00a0exactly\u00a0what\u00a0Lindstr\u00f6m Lounge community is dedicated\u00a0to.\u00a0Through this community, we want to support our customers to be or become the best experts in their field by offering them unique insights into the future. By immersing ourselves in the challenges of various industries, we also get the information we need to better serve\u00a0our customers.<em>\u00a0<\/em>The\u00a0Lindstr\u00f6m Lounge customer\u00a0workshops utilize both community-based\u00a0insights as well as data from future researchers, and the results are unique perspectives on future challenges and opportunities.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, together with other\u00a0Lindstr\u00f6mers, I participated to\u00a0one of these workshops<em>\u00a0<\/em>with\u00a0some of our key customers\u00a0from the\u00a0travel industry.\u00a0Together, we discussed and envisioned\u00a0the\u00a0future\u00a0of the\u00a0customer\u2019s\u00a0company, how the\u00a0different scenarios of how megatrends\u00a0could\u00a0alter it.\u00a0Here are some of my findings:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Although traveling has been affected severely, the will to travel the unforeseen world (in a sustainable manner) is still there \u2013 people are just hesitant to make the journey due to the uncertainty of the pandemic.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workflows and digital processes are needed, to keep the information going from one outlet to another to succeed in providing the ultimate customer experience, for instance in when it comes to travelling.\u00a0The reservation systems need to\u00a0be connected with\u00a0planning the supply of,\u00a0say, linens\u00a0to\u00a0ensure the most ecological and economical\u00a0solutions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These both are topics that we are\u00a0willing to offer our support\u00a0with \u2013 we want to help our customers overcome challenges and succeed, even when\u00a0the times are\u00a0tough.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;For us,&nbsp;true&nbsp;partnership is&nbsp;genuinely wanting the best to the customers.&nbsp;I wish&nbsp;you all \u2013 our customers, partners and&nbsp;Lindstr\u00f6mers&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;a happy CX Week 2020 and thank you for co-operation!&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first week of October&nbsp;is a special week for all of us at Lindstr\u00f6m.&nbsp;During this week, we&nbsp;celebrate&nbsp;our co-operation with&nbsp;our customers&nbsp;by making it more visible.
