Head of Industry, Food and Retail

To support our new strategy, we are excited to open a new global position to build our understanding and expertise on the food and retail customer segments.
In this role, you will be accountable for strategic development and management of Lindström Service Concept for food and retail segments. You will gather and integrate market and industry knowledge and create a strategic growth plan with service concept development to bring fast added value for customer. With your strategic leadership and expertise, you will continuously increase the level of customer satisfaction with an excellent service concept / platform. You will act as a visionary change leader and growth generator, negotiate with potential partners and lead go-to-market activities with regional business development. You will also make sure that the competencies related to this selected growth segment are built and maintained across the company.
