Gordana \u010colovi\u0107<\/strong>, stru\u010dnjakinja za normiranje, ergonomiju, organizaciju proizvodnje i direktorica agencije <a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/\">SE-ERGO<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pove\u0107anje produktivnosti (bez \u201epritiskanja\u201c ljudi)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Optimizacija radnih procesa:<\/strong> Normiranje omogu\u0107uje preciznije definiranje vremena potrebnog za zadatke, prepoznavanje uskih grla i uklanjanje koraka koji tro\u0161e resurse, a ne dodaju vrijednost. Dodatno, pristupi poput PMTS-a (<a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2024\/07\/pmts-sistem.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2024\/07\/pmts-sistem.html\">unaprijed definirana vremena osnovnih pokreta<\/a>) mogu pomo\u0107i da se standardizacija provede sustavno i usporedivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pobolj\u0161anje tijeka rada:<\/strong> Kada su norme jasne, lak\u0161e je planirati smjene, kapacitete i raspodjelu posla, a menad\u017ement dobiva podatke za realno planiranje u\u010dinka. Ergonomija ovdje ima izravnu ulogu: smanjenje zamora i neprirodnih polo\u017eaja smanjuje broj pogre\u0161aka i prekida u radu. To je posebno va\u017eno u proizvodnji, logistici i uredskim procesima s visokim tempom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u010duvanje zdravlja i zadovoljstva radnika<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prevencija ozljeda i mi\u0161i\u0107no-ko\u0161tanih poreme\u0107aja (MKP):<\/strong> Dokazi relevantnih institucija (NIOSH\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/niosh\/ergonomics\/ergo-programs\/risk-factors.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/niosh\/ergonomics\/ergo-programs\/risk-factors.html\">CDC<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osha.gov\/ergonomics\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.osha.gov\/ergonomics\/\">OSHA<\/a>) jasno navode tipi\u010dne \u010dimbenike rizika. To su ponavljaju\u0107i pokreti, forsirani tempo, nezgodni polo\u017eaji, podizanje i no\u0161enje tereta, guranje\/povla\u010denje i rad iznad visine ramena. Smanjenje izlo\u017eenosti tim rizicima temelj je ergonomskog programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manje boli i zamora, a vi\u0161e fokusa:<\/strong> Kada su radna mjesta prilago\u0111ena (visine, zone dosega, raspored alata, pauze i rotacije zadataka, kao i edukacija o pravilnim polo\u017eajima), radnik ima vi\u0161e energije za kvalitetan rad i manja je vjerojatnost da \u0107e posao obavljati uz bolove. U zonama u kojima se dugo stoji, \u010desto se kao tehni\u010dka mjera uvode i <a href=\"https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\/hr\/clanci\/ergonomski-otiraci-ublazavaju-tegobe-dugotrajnog-stajanja-i-pretvaraju-nuznost-u-udobnost\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\/hr\/clanci\/ergonomski-otiraci-ublazavaju-tegobe-dugotrajnog-stajanja-i-pretvaraju-nuznost-u-udobnost\/\">ergonomske staze<\/a>. One izravno utje\u010du na udobnost i ubla\u017eavaju zamor izazvan stajanjem. EU-OSHA nagla\u0161ava da MKP vode do izostanaka, invaliditeta, ve\u0107ih tro\u0161kova i ni\u017ee produktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organizacijska komponenta:<\/strong> Autor na blogu SE-ERGO nagla\u0161ava potrebu za ergonomskim analizama rada, standardima i procedurama, kao i <a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2024\/12\/benefiti-edukacije-i-formiranja.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2024\/12\/benefiti-edukacije-i-formiranja.html\">edukacijom i formiranjem ergonomskog tima<\/a>. To je vrlo va\u017eno jer ergonomija ne bi trebala ostati samo jednokratna akcija, nego postati trajni sustav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Smanjenje tro\u0161kova (vidljivo u prora\u010dunu, ne samo u \u201edojmu\u201c)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U\u010dinkovitija uporaba resursa:<\/strong> Normiranje poma\u017ee izbje\u0107i i preoptere\u0107enja (ljudi i opreme) i nedovoljnu iskori\u0161tenost kapaciteta. Time se stabiliziraju planovi proizvodnje ili pru\u017eanja usluga, smanjuju zastoji i izbjegavaju kriti\u010dne situacije i \u201ega\u0161enje po\u017eara\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ni\u017ee stope izostanaka i ozljeda:<\/strong> NIOSH (CDC) izri\u010dito navodi da programi ergonomije mogu donijeti koristi poput smanjenja <a href=\"https:\/\/mcb.rs\/blog\/apsentizam-analiza-posledice-upravljanje-radnom-odsutnoscu\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/mcb.rs\/blog\/apsentizam-analiza-posledice-upravljanje-radnom-odsutnoscu\">apsentizma <\/a>i izgubljenih radnih dana, kao i tro\u0161kova povezanih s ozljedama (naknade i ostalo).<br>OSHA tako\u0111er navodi da promjene i kontrole hazardnih \u010dimbenika mogu smanjiti fizi\u010dke zahtjeve, nepotrebne pokrete, ozljede i povezane tro\u0161kove, uz pove\u0107anje u\u010dinkovitosti i produktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tro\u0161kovi \u201enevidljivog curenja\u201c:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/salus.adapt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/11a_Work_related_MSDs_prevalence_costs_and_demographics_in_the_EU_report.pdf\" type=\"link\" id=\"chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/salus.adapt.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/11a_Work_related_MSDs_prevalence_costs_and_demographics_in_the_EU_report.pdf\">EU izvje\u0161taji o MKP-u <\/a>nagla\u0161avaju da posljedice nisu samo zdravstvene nego i poslovne: pad produktivnosti i rast bolovanja\/izostanaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konkurentnost i odr\u017eivost, jer tr\u017ei\u0161te tra\u017ei stabilan sustav<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Br\u017ea prilagodba promjenama:<\/strong> Kada imate jasne norme, definirane procese i ergonomsku procjenu rizika, lak\u0161e uvodite nove linije i bilo kakve promjene u organizaciji rada. Osim toga, lak\u0161e savladavate i sezonske \u201e\u0161pice\u201c i nove tehnologije, uz manji rizik od preoptere\u0107enja kapaciteta ili rasta broja ozljeda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zadr\u017eavanje ljudi:<\/strong> Odr\u017eivost vi\u0161e nije samo ekolo\u0161ka tema, nego i tema radne snage. Radna mjesta koja manje iscrpljuju i manje ozlje\u0111uju postaju konkurentska prednost u privla\u010denju i zadr\u017eavanju zaposlenika. EU-OSHA u svojim materijalima izravno povezuje MKP ne samo s pove\u0107anim tro\u0161kovima i izostancima, nego i s odlaskom radnika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uskla\u0111enost, standardi i mogu\u0107nost dokazivanja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plan za ergonomiju i normiranje lak\u0161e je provesti i odr\u017eavati kada se ve\u017ee uz sustav upravljanja sigurno\u0161\u0107u i zdravljem na radu. ISO 45001 se u praksi koristi kao okvir koji inzistira na identifikaciji opasnosti, procjeni rizika i uvo\u0111enju kontrola. To se prirodno uklapa i u prevenciju MKP-a kroz ergonomiju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to godi\u0161nji plan za ergonomiju i\/ili normiranje rada realno treba obuhvatiti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi plan bio operativan, obi\u010dno se dijeli na nekoliko cjelina, \u0161to u SE-ERGO-u tako\u0111er isti\u010du kao logiku ergonomskog programa. To su: procjena rizika, procedure, edukacija i kontrola primjene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U praksi to zna\u010di:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mapiranje kriti\u010dnih radnih mjesta i zadataka (gdje su prisutni \u010dimbenici rizika prema OSHA-i\/NIOSH-u)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>odabir metoda procjene (npr. za ru\u010dno rukovanje teretom, gdje se \u010desto koristi NIOSH pristup; u skladi\u0161tima se spominje i kombiniranje metoda procjene)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>normiranje i standardizaciju (uklju\u010duju\u0107i, gdje ima smisla, i PMTS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>plan korektivnih mjera (tehni\u010dke, organizacijske i edukativne)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mjerenje u\u010dinaka (izostanci, ozljede, reklamacije, kvaliteta, u\u010dinak, fluktuacija) i redoviti pregled plana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovdje mo\u017eete preuzeti <a href=\"http:\/\/chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/2758505.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net\/hubfs\/2758505\/RS%20All%20Files\/RS_Content_Offers\/Godi%C5%A1nji%20plan%20ergonomije%20-%20kontrolna%20lista.pdf\" type=\"link\" id=\"chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/2758505.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net\/hubfs\/2758505\/RS%20All%20Files\/RS_Content_Offers\/Godi%C5%A1nji%20plan%20ergonomije%20-%20kontrolna%20lista.pdf\">kontrolnu listu<\/a> koja \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da pri izradi godi\u0161njeg plana ne ispustite iz vida ni\u0161ta va\u017eno.
