U uredima su de\u017eurni krivci stolice, u proizvodnji beton, u logistici brzina i ritam rada. U praksi je krivac \u010desto mnogo jednostavniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najve\u0107i problem nije to \u0161to sjedite ili \u0161to stojite. Najve\u0107i rizik je to \u0161to predugo ostajete u jednom polo\u017eaju, uz malo promjene optere\u0107enja i malo <a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2026\/01\/mikropokreti-pri-radu.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2026\/01\/mikropokreti-pri-radu.html\">mikropokreta<\/a>. NIOSH (CDC) u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/niosh\/bulletin\/2014\/standing.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/niosh\/bulletin\/2014\/standing.html\">analizi intervencija za dugotrajno stajanje<\/a> zaklju\u010duje da je dinami\u010dko kretanje najkorisniji smjer razmi\u0161ljanja. U praksi se koriste i razne podloge, ulo\u0161ci, stolice za povremeni odmor i kombinirana rje\u0161enja za sjedenje\/stajanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj tekst je prakti\u010dan vodi\u010d kroz pitanja: kako sjedenje i stajanje utje\u010du na kralje\u017enicu, \u0161to prvo mijenjati i gdje podna rje\u0161enja (poput ergonomskih otira\u010da) imaju smisla kao dio ergonomskog programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to se doga\u0111a s kralje\u017enicom kada sjedimo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada sjedite dulje, tijelo tra\u017ei \u201epre\u010dice\u201d. Ramena krenu prema naprijed, zdjelica se \u201euvu\u010de\u201d, a lumbalni dio gubi potporu. SE-ERGO u tekstu o djelovanju sila na kralje\u017enicu obja\u0161njava da <a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2025\/07\/dejstvo-sila-na-kicmu-prilikom-sedenja.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/2025\/07\/dejstvo-sila-na-kicmu-prilikom-sedenja.html\">sjedenje zna\u010dajno utje\u010de na kralje\u017enicu<\/a>, osobito kod ljudi koji dugo sjede (ured, rad za strojem, u vozilu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U stvarnosti problem nije samo naslon stolice. Problem je kombinacija:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dugog sjedenja bez pauze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>polo\u017eaja glave i ramena (ekran \u201evu\u010de\u201d prema naprijed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nedostatka oslonca za stopala ili podlaktice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lo\u0161e pode\u0161enih visina (stol, monitor, stroj).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbr\u017ea korekcija \u010desto nije kupnja nove stolice, nego pode\u0161avanje: visine sjedenja, oslonca za stopala, monitora u razini pogleda i pravilo da se polo\u017eaj redovito mijenja tijekom dana (kratko ustajanje, hodanje, istezanje).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2026\/03\/PRODEM_workwear_factory_Latvia_0008-1536x1024.jpg-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18008\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2026\/03\/PRODEM_workwear_factory_Latvia_0008-1536x1024.jpg-1024x683.webp 1024w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2026\/03\/PRODEM_workwear_factory_Latvia_0008-1536x1024.jpg-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2026\/03\/PRODEM_workwear_factory_Latvia_0008-1536x1024.jpg-768x512.webp 768w, https:\/\/d2ris6qfzcz0wn.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2026\/03\/PRODEM_workwear_factory_Latvia_0008-1536x1024.jpg.webp 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to se doga\u0111a kada stojimo (i za\u0161to \u201etvrda podloga\u201d nije samo neugodnost)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stajanje zvu\u010di zdravije od sjedenja jer \u201ebarem nismo stati\u010dni u stolici\u201d. Ali SE-ERGO jasno navodi: optere\u0107enje pri stajanju ovisi o polo\u017eaju tijela, trajanju i dinamici pokreta; ako je postura lo\u0161a ili stajanje dugo, problem se vra\u0107a i to na velika vrata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HSE (UK) navodi da su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hse.gov.uk\/msd\/lld\/index.htm\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.hse.gov.uk\/msd\/lld\/index.htm\">tegobe donjih ekstremiteta \u010de\u0161\u0107e u poslovima gdje se dugo stoji<\/a>, a kao mjere za njihovu prevenciju i ubla\u017eavanje spominje dizajn posla, rotaciju, pauze, osiguravanje sjedenja gdje god je to mogu\u0107e i, kada to ima smisla, <em>anti-fatigue<\/em> podloge, odnosno podne prostirke protiv zamora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugim rije\u010dima: dugotrajno stajanje na tvrdom podu mo\u017ee stvoriti \u010ditav niz, odnosno lanac problema \u2013 stopala, listovi, koljena, kukovi pa kompenzacija u donjem dijelu le\u0111a. Zato dobra ergonomija u 2026. godini podrazumijeva manje bavljenja kupnjom opreme, a vi\u0161e dizajnom rada koji osigurava:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>da se polo\u017eaj mijenja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>da su visine i dohvat racionalni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>da postoje mikro-pauze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>da se rasterete najoptere\u0107enije zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NIOSH (CDC) u ve\u0107 citiranom radu nagla\u0161ava da se koriste razli\u010dite intervencije za dugotrajno stajanje (podloge, ulo\u0161ci, stolice, <em>sit\u2013stand<\/em>), ali da je dinami\u010dko kretanje najja\u010da ideja za smanjenje rizika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to prvo mijenjati: 6 prakti\u010dnih intervencija s najboljim odnosom brzine i u\u010dinkovitosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je popis koji slobodno mo\u017eete dati ljudskim potencijalima, za\u0161titi na radu i operativi kao zajedni\u010dki akcijski plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prekinite \u201eblokove\u201d od 60\u201390 minuta<\/strong><br>Uvedite pravilo kratkih pauza ili mikro-promjena zadatka. Kod ovakvih pauza poanta nije u odmaranju, nego u promjeni optere\u0107enja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Podesite visine i dohvat (prije opreme)<\/strong><br>Ako je radna povr\u0161ina preniska ili previsoka, ljudi \u0107e se saginjati i kompenzirati. Jedan sat pode\u0161avanja \u010desto vrijedi vi\u0161e od novog namje\u0161taja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Omogu\u0107ite sjedenje gdje god je to mogu\u0107e (u poslovima koji se obavljaju stoje\u0107i)<\/strong><br>\u010cak i povremena mogu\u0107nost oslonca mijenja trajanje stati\u010dnog stajanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rotacija zadataka s logikom, a ne \u201enasumi\u010dno\u201d<\/strong><br>Rotirajte tako da se ne izmjenjuje samo monotona radnja, nego i optere\u0107enje (npr. stajanje \u2194 hodanje \u2194 sjedenje).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obu\u0107a i pod: nemojte ih tretirati kao \u201eosobnu stvar\u201d<\/strong><br>Kanadski CCOHS nagla\u0161ava da <a href=\"http:\/\/chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/www.ccohs.ca\/oshanswers\/ergonomics\/mats.pdf\" type=\"link\" id=\"chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/www.ccohs.ca\/oshanswers\/ergonomics\/mats.pdf\">podloga mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i, ali da sama po sebi ne rje\u0161ava sve<\/a>, jer su nelagoda i umor kombinacija dizajna rada, obu\u0107e i podne povr\u0161ine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ergonomske staze\/otira\u010di tamo gdje je stajanje neizbje\u017eno<\/strong><br>Kada imate radna mjesta na kojima zaposlenici dugo stoje (monta\u017ea, pakiranje, kontrola kvalitete, prikupljanje robe po narud\u017ebi u skladi\u0161tu i sl.), podna rje\u0161enja imaju smisla kao tehni\u010dka mjera koja smanjuje zamor i podr\u017eava prirodniji stav. <a href=\"https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\/hr\/usluge\/najam-otiraca\/ergonomski-otiraci\/\" type=\"link\" bolova u le\u0111ima i nogama, uz neka dodatna korisna svojstva za pojedine industrije, poput antistati\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studija dostupna u CDC-ovu repozitoriju govori o u\u010dincima koje podloge protiv zamora imaju na nelagodu i promjenu oslonca tijekom vi\u0161esatnog stajanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kratka kontrolna lista za obilazak radnih mjesta (za HR\/HSE\/operativu)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u0111ite kroz 10 radnih mjesta i odgovorite s da ili ne:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mijenja li osoba polo\u017eaj barem svakih 20\u201330 minuta?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jesu li dohvat i visina takvi da nema stalnog saginjanja\/izvijanja?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postoji li opcija kratkog oslonca\/sjedenja?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je li podloga tvrda i stoji li se stati\u010dno?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bilje\u017ee li se pritu\u017ebe na stopala, koljena, donji dio le\u0111a?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mijenja li rotacija optere\u0107enje ili samo \u201esmjenu\u201d ljudi?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doga\u0111aju li se incidenti\/pogre\u0161ke pred kraj smjene (zamor)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako na 3 ili vi\u0161e pitanja odgovorite \u201ene\u201d, imate jasne \u201ekandidate\u201d za brzu ergonomsku intervenciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako ovo uklopiti u ergonomsku politiku poduze\u0107a bez mnogo birokracije<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite da ovo postane sustav, a ne jednokratna akcija, preporuka je da u planu za ergonomiju pove\u017eete:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\/hr\/clanci\/smart-ciljevi-u-ergonomiji-radnog-mjesta\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/lindstromgroup.com\/hr\/clanci\/smart-ciljevi-u-ergonomiji-radnog-mjesta\/\">dobro postavljene ciljeve<\/a> (\u0161to smanjujete: bolovanja, prijave boli, pogre\u0161ke, incidente)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prioritete (koja radna mjesta prvo treba obraditi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mjere i pra\u0107enje u\u010dinka (nakon 4\u20138 tjedana).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div
