Ovaj memorijski model poma\u017ee nam da ciljeve formuliramo tako da budu jasni, provjerljivi i primjenjivi u praksi, bez \u201erupa\u201c koje nas kasnije mogu skupo stajati. Kada su ciljevi specifi\u010dni, mjerljivi, ostvarivi, relevantni i vremenski ograni\u010deni, lak\u0161e je planirati, jo\u0161 lak\u0161e pratiti napredak, a odgovornost za unaprje\u0111enje uvjeta rada ne ostaje samo na razini dobre namjere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U za\u0161titi na radu to je posebno va\u017eno, jer se ergonomija kao tema lako \u201erazvodni\u201c: svi se sla\u017eu da je nu\u017ena i va\u017ena, ali bez konkretnih ciljeva sve ostaje na pojedina\u010dnim inicijativama. Ili, u gorem slu\u010daju, na reakcijama kada se pojave bolovi, ozljede i bolovanja. Gordana \u010colovi\u0107<\/a>, stru\u010dnjakinja za normiranje, ergonomiju, organizaciju proizvodnje, <em>lean <\/em>sustav i strate\u0161ki menad\u017ement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobra polazi\u0161na to\u010dka je da prije postavljanja ciljeva napravite kratku po\u010detnu analizu, tzv. \u201enultu sliku\u201c:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gdje su najkriti\u010dnija radna mjesta?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koji su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i simptomi?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koje su to\u010dke rizika (dugotrajno stajanje, ponavljaju\u0107i pokreti, podizanje tereta, neprilago\u0111ene visine radnih povr\u0161ina)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koji procesi \u201etjeraju\u201c zaposlenike da rade na na\u010din koji nije dobar za njihovo tijelo?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sada \u0107emo pro\u0107i kroz akronim SMART i pojasniti ga uz prakti\u010dne primjere iz podru\u010dja ergonomije i sigurnosti na radu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Specific (Specifi\u010dno)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na po\u010detku treba definirati radna mjesta koja se analiziraju i unaprje\u0111uju, kao i konkretne metode: npr. procjena optere\u0107enja, redizajn rasporeda rada, prilagodba visine radnih stolova, organizacija pauza, edukacija o pravilnim polo\u017eajima ili uvo\u0111enje rje\u0161enja koja smanjuju zamor pri stajanju. Va\u017eno je da cilj nije op\u0107enit, kao \u201epobolj\u0161ati ergonomiju\u201c, nego, primjerice: \u201esmanjiti zamor pri stajanju na pakiranju u drugoj smjeni\u201c ili \u201esmanjiti broj nepravilnih polo\u017eaja pri ru\u010dnom sklapanju\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U tom kontekstu, jedna od prakti\u010dnih mjera mogu biti i ergonomski otira\u010di\/staze na pozicijama gdje zaposlenici dugo stoje na tvrdim podovima (beton, plo\u010dice). Ideja je jednostavna: smanjiti stati\u010dko optere\u0107enje i nelagodu, a istodobno potaknuti \u010de\u0161\u0107u promjenu polo\u017eaja i sigurniji oslonac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Measurable (Mjerljivo)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dno je postaviti ciljeve koji se mogu kvantificirati. To mo\u017ee biti smanjenje prijavljenih bolova u mi\u0161i\u0107ima i zglobovima (npr. kroz kratke anonimne upitnike jednom mjese\u010dno), smanjenje broja dana bolovanja, smanjenje broja prijavljenih incidenata klizanja i spoticanja ili pove\u0107anje produktivnosti uz isti broj ljudi i istu kvalitetu izlaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primjerice: \u201esmanjiti samoprijavljenu bol u stopalima\/koljenima\/donjem dijelu le\u0111a za 20 % u sljede\u0107a tri mjeseca\u201c ili \u201esmanjiti broj dana bolovanja povezanih s mi\u0161i\u0107no-ko\u0161tanim tegobama za 15 % u \u0161est mjeseci\u201c. Primjer ostvarivog cilja: \u201eobu\u010diti sve zaposlenike na liniji X o osnovama ergonomije rada i uvesti dvije mikro-pauze po smjeni u roku od 30 dana\u201c ili \u201eu roku od 6 tjedana prilagoditi radne povr\u0161ine i ozna\u010diti zone rada kako bi se smanjilo nepotrebno saginjanje\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107ina poduze\u0107a nema interne stru\u010dnjake za ergonomiju, \u0161to je potpuno razumljivo. Zato je \u010desto nu\u017eno uklju\u010diti konzultante ili specijalizirane organizacije (poput <a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/ergonomicconsulting.blogspot.com\/\">agencije SE-ERGO<\/a>) koje mogu napraviti procjenu, obuku i prijedlog mjera \u201epo mjeri\u201c poduze\u0107a i radnih mjesta. Poanta karakteristike \u201eostvarivo\u201c nije da cilj bude skroman. Naprotiv, on treba biti ambiciozan, ali i izvediv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Relevant (Relevantno)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I ovi ciljevi, kao i svi drugi napori kompanije, trebaju biti povezani s ciljevima kompanije: manje izostanaka, manje ozljeda, stabilnija produktivnost, ve\u0107e zadovoljstvo zaposlenika i lak\u0161e zadr\u017eavanje ljudi. Relevantnost se vidi i kroz jezik cilja: ako je kompaniji trenuta\u010dno problem fluktuacija ili preoptere\u0107enje u odre\u0111enim timovima, ergonomske mjere treba vezati uz te problemati\u010dne to\u010dke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U praksi relevantnost \u010desto zna\u010di kombiniranje organizacijskih i tehni\u010dkih mjera. <strong>Organizacijske mjere<\/strong> su pauze, rotacija poslova, tempo rada i edukacija. <strong>Tehni\u010dke mjere<\/strong> su prilagodba radne opreme, pomo\u0107na sredstva, rje\u0161enja za rad u stoje\u0107em polo\u017eaju pa \u010dak i podne obloge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ergonomski otira\u010di\/staze\/podloge u tom se paketu promatraju kao jedna od mjera koja mo\u017ee pridonijeti udobnosti, boljem dr\u017eanju i manjem riziku od klizanja na odre\u0111enim pozicijama, uz uvjet da se odaberu i odr\u017eavaju u skladu s uvjetima rada i higijenskim zahtjevima. Ili: \u201eu sljede\u0107ih 6 mjeseci smanjit \u0107emo broj ozljeda\/incidenata povezanih s klizanjem za X % na lokaciji Y\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobra je praksa postaviti i \u201emini-rokove\u201c u obliku okvirnog plana: npr. 2 tjedna za analizu trenuta\u010dnog stanja, 4 tjedna za testiranje u praksi kroz tzv. \u201epilot-projekt\u201c, pa 8\u201312 tjedana za preslikavanje rje\u0161enja koja su dala dobre rezultate na cijelu kompaniju (svugdje gdje su primjenjiva).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako se ergonomija pretvara u jasno vo\u0111en, upravljan proces, umjesto da bude samo jednokratna akcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SMART pristup poma\u017ee da ergonomija prestane biti apstraktna tema i postane jasan niz konkretnih odluka koje se mogu provesti i izmjeriti. Kada unaprijed znate \u0161to mijenjate, kako mjerite u\u010dinak tih promjena i kada o\u010dekujete pomake, lak\u0161e mo\u017eete dobiti i podr\u0161ku menad\u017ementa i suradnju zaposlenika. Na kraju krajeva, cilj nije odraditi \u201eprojekt ergonomije\u201c, nego da rad bude stabilniji i produktivniji, uz manje bolova, manje izostanaka s posla i ve\u0107e zadovoljstvo zaposlenika, a sve to u rokovima koje mo\u017eete \u201ebraniti\u201c podacima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontrolna lista: SMART ergonomija u 10 koraka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text
