Kodeks pona\u0161anja temelji se na na\u0161im obvezama. Lindstr\u00f6m zadr\u017eava pravo da napravi razumne izmjene zahtjeva u ovom kodeksu pona\u0161anja ako se Lindstr\u00f6mova politika uskla\u0111enosti promijeni. U tom slu\u010daju Lindstr\u00f6m o\u010dekuje od dobavlja\u010da da prihvati odgovaraju\u0107e izmjene. Ovaj kodeks pona\u0161anja odnosi se na sve zaposlenike Lindstr\u00f6ma, bez obzira na polo\u017eaj i tre\u0107e strane.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Eti\u010dko poslovno pona\u0161anje<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Uskla\u0111enost sa zakonom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Djelujemo u skladu s lokalnim i me\u0111unarodnim zakonodavstvom primjenjivih pravnih sustava doti\u010dne zemlje.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Zabrana korupcije i mita<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ne toleriramo korupciju u bilo kojem obliku u internim ili poslovnim procesima koje provodimo s tre\u0107im stranama (dru\u0161tvima iz javnog ili privatnog sektora). Ne dajemo niti primamo mito ni izravno ni neizravno. Nu\u0111enje ili davanje bilo \u010dega vrijednog (uklju\u010duju\u0107i novac, darove ili usluge) za sklapanje posla, odr\u017eavanje posla ili stjecanje nepo\u0161tene prednosti je zabranjeno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ne smijemo dopustiti da osobni ili obiteljski interesi utje\u010du na na\u0161u profesionalnu prosudbu. Izbjegavamo sukob interesa u svim na\u0161im poslovnim aktivnostima i odlukama. Ako nas tre\u0107a strana pozove na poslovni ru\u010dak ili dru\u0161tveni doga\u0111aj, prihva\u0107amo samo ako je glavni razlog doga\u0111aja legitiman poslovni sastanak.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Privatnost i sigurnost podataka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Na\u0161 zajedni\u010dki cilj je da svatko tko rukuje informacijama bude odgovoran za brigu o informacijskoj sigurnosti i za\u0161titi podataka postupaju\u0107i u skladu s priznatim pravilima kori\u0161tenja i uputama za informacijsku sigurnost i privatnost podataka. Lindstr\u00f6move preporuke za sigurnost informacija i privatnost podataka provode se na temelju nacionalne i me\u0111unarodne sigurnosti podataka, statuta o za\u0161titi podataka, sustava kvalitete, najbolje prakse upravljanja informacijama i drugih dodatno dogovorenih standarda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Kori\u0161tenje dru\u0161tvenih medija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Poti\u010demo aktivnosti na raznim dru\u0161tvenim medijima. Stalo nam je kako i kada koristimo dru\u0161tvene medije. U komunikaciji vodimo ra\u010duna o publici, ne objavljujemo povjerljive podatke i uvijek po\u0161tujemo druge.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Po\u0161tivanje temeljnih ljudskih prava zaposlenika<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Po\u0161ten tretman i jednakost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ne toleriramo bilo kakvu diskriminaciju. Ne prihva\u0107amo bilo kakvo pona\u0161anje koje bi moglo \u0161tetiti dostojanstvu pojedinca, a posebno fizi\u010dko ili verbalno uznemiravanje, npr. ne\u017eeljeno pona\u0161anje koje stvara zastra\u0161uju\u0107e, neprijateljsko, degradiraju\u0107e, poni\u017eavaju\u0107e ili uvredljivo okru\u017eenje.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Po\u0161teno zapo\u0161ljavanje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Posve\u0107eni smo po\u0161tenim praksama zapo\u0161ljavanja koje su po\u0161tene, temeljene na zaslugama i nediskriminiraju\u0107e.\u202fNe diskriminiramo zaposlenike na temelju spola, statusa majke, seksualne orijentacije, statusa bra\u010dnog ili partnerskog statusa, promjene spola, rase, boje ko\u017ee, dr\u017eavljanstva, etni\u010dkog ili nacionalnog podrijetla, vjere ili uvjerenja, invaliditeta ili dobi. Zaposlenicima nudimo jednake mogu\u0107nosti obuke i razvoja na temelju njihovih snaga i potreba kako bismo im pomogli da dostignu svoj puni potencijal. Zaposlenike \u0107emo po\u0161teno nagraditi na temelju njihove sposobnosti, u\u010dinka, doprinosa i iskustva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Zaposlenici trebaju dobiti pismenu izjavu o odredbama i uvjetima zapo\u0161ljavanja na lokalnom jeziku kako bi bili sigurni da su upoznati sa svojim zakonskim pravima i obvezama.\u00a0Nastojimo pridonijeti pozitivnom dru\u0161tvenom i gospodarskom razvoju.\u00a0Po\u0161tujemo lokalne kulture i \u017eelimo razumjeti i po\u0161tivati \u200b\u200bobi\u010daje i lokalne vrijednosti ljudi u zemljama u kojima poslujemo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">U okviru zakonskih mogu\u0107nosti priznajemo pravo na slobodno udru\u017eivanje zaposlenika i ne dajemo prednost niti diskriminiramo \u010dlanove organizacija zaposlenika ili sindikata.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Prisilni i obvezni rad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Kao dio na\u0161ih obveza, predani smo implementaciji u\u010dinkovitih sustava i kontrola kako bismo osigurali da nema ropstva ili trgovine ljudima u na\u0161em poslovanju ili lancu opskrbe. Od svih zaposlenika i partnera zahtijevamo da djeluju s najvi\u0161im stupnjem integriteta i morala te da razumiju i djeluju u skladu sa svim relevantnim zakonima i pravnim sustavima doti\u010dnih zemalja u kojima poslujemo.\u202fZabranjujemo sve oblike trgovine ljudima i prisilnog rada, uklju\u010duju\u0107i zatvorski rad, nepla\u0107eni rad, prisilno servisiranje duga i druge oblike prisilnog rada ili ropstva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Pravo djece i mladih radnika<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Posve\u0107eni smo konvencijama 138 i 182 Me\u0111unarodne organizacije rada (ILO), prema kojima se ne smije zaposliti osoba mla\u0111a od 15 godina ili dobi na kraju obveznog obrazovanja, koja god je vi\u0161a. Maloljetni radnici ne smiju obavljati poslove koji po svojoj prirodi ili okolnostima u kojima se obavljaju mogu ugroziti njihovo zdravlje, sigurnost ili moral.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Zdravlje i sigurnost<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Identificirali smo rizike i opasnosti u radnom okru\u017eenju te poduzeli mjere za njihovo ubla\u017eavanje kako bismo osigurali zdravlje i sigurnost svih zaposlenika. Poduzimamo mjere opreza za sprje\u010davanje nesre\u0107a, kao \u0161to je odr\u017eavanje odgovaraju\u0107e i zadovoljavaju\u0107e za\u0161tite od po\u017eara na radnom mjestu i profesionalnih bolesti. Poti\u010demo sve da sudjeluju u razvoju ovih praksi. Pru\u017eamo obuku i osiguravamo da su zaposlenici educirani o pitanjima zdravlja i sigurnosti.\u00a0\u00a0Od svih o\u010dekujemo da u svakodnevnom radu vode ra\u010duna o zdravlju i sigurnosti. Koristimo standard ISO 45001 za zdravlje i sigurnost.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prakse za\u0161tite okoli\u0161a<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Od sebe i na\u0161ih dobavlja\u010da zahtijevamo da se pridr\u017eavamo lokalnog zakonodavstva o za\u0161titi okoli\u0161a i me\u0111unarodnih sporazuma o za\u0161titi okoli\u0161a u cijelom lancu opskrbe. Ova uskla\u0111enost mora biti dokumentirana &#8211; provedba se osigurava redovitim pregledima.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Dajemo sve od sebe i zahtijevamo da aktivnosti, proizvodi i usluge u na\u0161em opskrbnom lancu imaju \u0161to manje negativnog utjecaja na okoli\u0161. Promi\u010demo kru\u017eno gospodarstvo u na\u0161em lancu vrijednosti, ali biramo rje\u0161enje koje \u0107e imati najmanji utjecaj na okoli\u0161 tijekom svog vijeka trajanja.\u00a0Utjecaje na okoli\u0161 uzimamo u obzir ve\u0107 u fazi planiranja aktivnosti, u transportu te u dizajnu i odabiru proizvoda, na primjer odabirom ekolo\u0161ki odr\u017eivih izvora materijala.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Osiguravamo stalna pobolj\u0161anja za\u0161tite okoli\u0161a u na\u0161im aktivnostima postavljanjem godi\u0161njih ekolo\u0161kih ciljeva i akcijskih planova, uz kori\u0161tenje standarda ISO 14001 ili ekvivalentnog sustava upravljanja okoli\u0161em.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lanac opskrbe<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Zahtijevamo da dobavlja\u010di i njihovi opskrbni lanci rade u skladu s ovim kodeksom pona\u0161anja i po\u0161tuju na\u010dela nediskriminacije u odabiru i postupanju s dobavlja\u010dima.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">O\u010dekujemo da svi oblici komunikacije, uklju\u010duju\u0107i izjave, izjave i potvrde dane kupcima i partnerima, budu istiniti i to\u010dni. Cijenimo rad na\u0161ih konkurenata i njihovih zaposlenika.
