Vain yksi prosentti pit\u00e4\u00e4 sosiaalista vastuullisuutta merkityksett\u00f6m\u00e4n\u00e4. Tulokset selvi\u00e4v\u00e4t tekstiilipalveluyritys Lindstr\u00f6min teett\u00e4m\u00e4n ja tutkimusyhti\u00f6 Verianin toteuttamasta kyselytutkimuksesta, johon vastasi yhteens\u00e4 300 yritysp\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4j\u00e4\u00e4 eri toimialoilta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jos vastuullisuus on yritykselle t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4, kaikki vastuullisuuden osa-alueet ovat sille t\u00e4rkeit\u00e4: Kyselyn mukaan ne yritykset, joille ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6vastuu on eritt\u00e4in t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 yritys- ja ty\u00f6nantajakuvan kannalta pit\u00e4v\u00e4t my\u00f6s sosiaalista vastuuta t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4. 69 prosenttia n\u00e4ist\u00e4 yrityksist\u00e4 pit\u00e4\u00e4 sosiaalista vastuuta eritt\u00e4in t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dHienoa, ett\u00e4 sosiaalinen vastuullisuus n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n suomalaisyrityksiss\u00e4 t\u00e4rke\u00e4ksi osaksi yrityksen vastuullisuutta, sill\u00e4 sen merkitys ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ille, asiakkaille ja sijoittajille on eritt\u00e4in suuri. Yritys, joka ei panosta esimerkiksi tasa-arvoon ja yhdenvertaisuuteen, ei ole kovin houkutteleva ty\u00f6nantajamarkkinoilla\u201d, totea <strong>Jenni Hintzell<\/strong>,\u202fLindstr\u00f6min Suomen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4n hyvinvointi on ykk\u00f6nen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kyselyyn vastanneiden mielest\u00e4 sosiaalisessa vastuullisuudessa kaikkein olennaisin n\u00e4k\u00f6kulma on ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden hyvinvointi. Toiseksi t\u00e4rkeimm\u00e4ksi koettiin tasa-arvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin edist\u00e4minen \u2013 95 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Naisten ja miesten yhdenvertaisuuden edist\u00e4minen \u2013 88 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Osallistavan ty\u00f6kulttuurin edist\u00e4minen \u2013 84 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ik\u00e4\u00e4n liittyv\u00e4 yhdenvertaisuus \u2013 83 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ty\u00f6ehtoihin liittyvien asioiden edist\u00e4minen \u2013 78 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n monimuotoisuuden edist\u00e4minen \u2013 75 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ulkomaalaistaustaisten ty\u00f6llistymisen ja integroitumisen edist\u00e4minen \u2013 73 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sukupuoleen ja seksuaaliseen monimuotoisuuteen liittyv\u00e4n yhdenvertaisuuden edist\u00e4minen \u2013 71 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-fsb-flexible-spacer fsb-flexible-spacer\"><div class=\"fsb-flexible-spacer__device fsb-flexible-spacer__device--lg\" style=\"height:25px\"><\/div><div class=\"fsb-flexible-spacer__device fsb-flexible-spacer__device--md\" style=\"height:15px\"><\/div><div class=\"fsb-flexible-spacer__device fsb-flexible-spacer__device--sm\" style=\"height:15px\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dN\u00e4m\u00e4 tulokset kertovat, ett\u00e4 yritykset suhtautuvat ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ihins\u00e4 yh\u00e4 kokonaisvaltaisemmin ja pit\u00e4v\u00e4t t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 my\u00f6s eettisesti kest\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 toimitusketjua\u201d, Hintzell summaa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monimuotoisuus ja yhdenvertaisuus nousevat yh\u00e4 vahvemmin yritysten vastuullisuusty\u00f6n ytimeen. Yritykset kertovat suhtautuvansa aiempaa my\u00f6nteisemmin ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n monimuotoisuuteen, oikeudenmukaisuuteen ja osallisuuteen. 15 prosenttia yrityksist\u00e4 kertoo parantaneensa suhtautumistaan n\u00e4ihin teemoihin viime vuosina, 46 prosenttia suhtautuu niihin samalla tavalla kuin ennen ja vain 7 prosenttia suhtautuu nykyisin kriittisemmin kuin aiemmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dOn rohkaisevaa n\u00e4hd\u00e4, ett\u00e4 suomalaisyritykset kehitt\u00e4v\u00e4t ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6j\u00e4\u00e4n suuntaan, jossa jokainen voi kokea olevansa arvostettu ja osallinen.
