Kuna Lindstr\u00f6mi teenust vajavad haiglad, hooldekodud, hotellid, toiduainet\u00f6\u00f6stused, siis tuleb aeg-ajalt ette \u00f5htuti ja n\u00e4dalavahetusel t\u00f6\u00f6tamist. Inimesed hindavad turvalisust \u2013 nad teavad, et t\u00f6\u00f6tasu tuleb alati kindlal p\u00e4eval, et neil on t\u00f6\u00f6koht homme ja aasta p\u00e4rast, et nende juht austab ja kuulab neid,\u201c kirjeldas Vihul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ilma inimestega vahetult suhtlemata ei ole tema arvates v\u00f5imalik luua keskkonda, kus t\u00f6\u00f6tajad end t\u00f5esti h\u00e4sti tunnevad. K\u00f5iki kohustusi ei tea muidugi ette ja haigestumisi esineb ju ikka. Teisalt aga ei ole neil graafiku t\u00f5ttu v\u00f5imalik k\u00e4ia trennides, mis igal n\u00e4dalal kindlal ajal aset leiavad,\u201c tutvustas personalijuht t\u00f6\u00f6tajate perspektiivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuna meeskonna soov oli hoopis kasutada h\u00fcvitist mass\u00f6\u00f6ri, hambaarsti v\u00f5i ps\u00fchholoogi k\u00fclastamiseks, otsustati hakata pakkuma t\u00f6\u00f6tajatele tervisekindlustust. Vihuli kinnitusel kasutab enamus t\u00f6\u00f6tajad seda v\u00f5imalust ning igal aastal vaadatakse pakett koos t\u00f6\u00f6tajatega \u00fcle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loomulikult eeldab selline avatud suhtlus, et m\u00f5lemad pooled \u2013 nii t\u00f6\u00f6taja kui ka juhtkond \u2013 usaldavad teineteist. \u201eT\u00f6\u00f6tajad peavad teadma, et neid t\u00f5esti kuulatakse, mitte lihtsalt ei kuulata \u00e4ra. Et isegi, kui ettepanek t\u00f6\u00f6sse ei l\u00e4he, ei pea nad tundma end halvasti, nagu oleks midagi absurdset n\u00f5udnud. Ta \u00fctles, et v\u00e4ga olulised on avatud arutelud siis, kui rahulolu-uuringust on n\u00e4ha, et mingi faktor on saanud negatiivset tagasisidet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eTihti on rahulolematuse taga hoopis teadmatus. K\u00f5ik lauale tulnud ideed olid sisulised ja edasiviivad \u2013 keegi ei \u00f6elnud, et tuleks lihtsalt rohkem raha maksta,\u201c meenutas Vihul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka \u00fchiste ettev\u00f5tmiste puhul tuleb tema hinnangul arvestada sellega, et need peavad olema atraktiivsed nii kontori- kui ka tootmist\u00f6\u00f6tajatele. \u201eTegime n\u00e4iteks t\u00f6\u00f6tajatele auhindadega sammude v\u00e4ljakutse, kus tootmises ringi liikuvatel ja suuri skoore koguvatel t\u00f6\u00f6tajatel oli minul kontoriinimesena k\u00fcllaltki keeruline kannul p\u00fcsida,\u201c lisas ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Veel on arenguruumi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lindstr\u00f6mi personalijuhi kinnitusel pingutab Lindstr\u00f6m, et t\u00f5sta j\u00e4rjepidevat t\u00f6\u00f6tajate heaolu ning j\u00f5uda peagi ka peres\u00f5braliku t\u00f6\u00f6andja kuldm\u00e4rgise tasemele. \u201eJ\u00e4lgime koguaeg t\u00f6\u00f6tajate soovitusindeksit, motiveerituse taset, t\u00f6\u00f6j\u00f5uvoolavust ja anal\u00fc\u00fcsime tulemusi kogu meeskonnaga.
