Dieser Verhaltenskodex basiert auf unseren Werten und Verpflichtungen und spiegelt unsere \u201eWe Care\u201c-Kultur wider. Er gilt f\u00fcr alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrer Position. Sie sind angehalten, stets den Kodex zu befolgen.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Die im Kodex genannten Grunds\u00e4tze gelten auch f\u00fcr ausgelagerte Arbeitskr\u00e4fte, z.B. Servicevertreter*innen<em>,\u00a0<\/em>Zeitarbeiter*innen und externe Berater*innen. Der Verhaltenskodex f\u00fcr Lieferanten definiert die Verantwortlichkeiten und Anforderungen f\u00fcr unser Verh\u00e4ltnis mit Lieferanten und Partnern. Sowohl der Mitarbeiterkodex als auch der Lieferantenkodex werden bei Bedarf \u00fcberarbeitet; \u00c4nderungen m\u00fcssen von der Lindstr\u00f6m Konzernleitung genehmigt werden.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Indem wir sicherstellen, dass alle Mitarbeiter*innen die Leitprinzipien und den Kodex kennen und danach handeln, haben wir die erste und wahrscheinlich wichtigste Ma\u00dfnahme ergriffen, um das Risiko von Fehlverhalten zu verringern.
