Lindström Bulgaria won the Forbes Business Awards in the services category. The competition’s main purpose is to distinguish the most successful companies and best business practices from the past year by sharing inspiring stories from the forerunner companies, – and to encourage people to pursue their dreams. The competition was held in the Hyatt Regency hotel on 28th April 2021 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The Award categories are Information technology, Production, Trade, Services, and Finance. This year Lindström Bulgaria was taking part in the services category together with SoftUni and Capital Health Holding. For the year 2021, there were 159 businesses taking part in the Award.
Lindström Bulgaria shows its passion
Winning the award in the services category means a lot to Lindström Bulgaria. It ensures that we are on the right path for providing better services to our customers. Everything we do, we do for the good of our customers. We measure the customer experience constantly in our company that helps us to improve our business. Customers can also share their ideas on Lindström Lounge that is a new way of working with our customers.
Lindström Bulgaria has shown its best when measuring the customer experience, and for three years a row they have been number one when compared to other Lindström countries. For 2020 the customer experience index rate was 9.29.
