Lindström Korea won the Service Satisfaction Award
”Customer-centric management, excellent service, hygienically and sustainably produced service”, lists Shokmin Oh, our Business Unit Manager in South Korea the reasons why Lindström was chosen as the winner of the Service Satisfaction Award 2021 from over 290 organizations. The award is hosted by Hankook-Ilbo, a major newspaper in Korea and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the Korea Brand Association. This year the selection criteria was especially impacted by the best-practices that could lead to overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic.
